Download Reports to Default to All Rows

I would really like it if when you choose to download a report (especially a .csv) that the default is the entire report.  Instead, it currently defaults to the top 50 rows of data, and I have to choose advanced download, and then specify the number of rows.  If I'm going through the trouble of downloading a report, it is highly unlikely that the what I'm looking to do is in the first 50 rows.  Please allow us to download the entire report by default.

I find that I have to make changes almost every time I download.  I know that they want to keep the initial default at 50, but it would be nice to be able to change that default by user.  That would be a helpful compromise.
