Dashboard notes - More ooompf needed

You can add notes to each reportlet in Dashboards which is great, but to the untrained eye you would miss them entirely.  They resemble the "add note" icon too much. Once active, it should change to be another color and/or another icon.  It would be nice to have an option to make it visible by default.
