Copy-Paste Discover data!!

Please allow data from the discover work space to be copied and pasted in Excel!!! Currently, we have to wait for a report to be emailed out to work on the data in excel and this is a pretty unnecessary wait! Copy-paste will speed things up significantly!

Another options is a simple "export to excel" which will also help!

Praj

You can currently copy and paste Discover data to Excel...There is no button to do this, but if you select all of the data, it will copy to Excel.  Only downside is you don't get column headings...

You can copy and paste without column headers as well if you select the first dimension name, such as the page name, and then hold SHIFT and click on the metric column header and hit CTRL-C.  This will allow you to copy and paste without column headers.

I do agree that it needs to be more intuitive thought...

There is a "Copy to Clipboard" button in the Discover UI that allows you to cut & paste Discover data to Excel (or other applications). See the Discover Users Manual for details.
