In SiteCatalyst, you currently have to load a report, then change the
date, then change the metrics, then do a search, or in whatever order
you so wish, but 1 step at a time. Each step, you have to wait for the
report to load again. It would be extremely helpful and time saving if
you would allow us to configure all of the report options in one window,
(possibly AJAX like the Calendar), before loading anything. You could
set the Date (Time-Frame), Trended/Ranked, Day of Week, Metrics,
I noticed that you can create calculated metrics for the new First Touch
and Last Touch metrics on the new Marketing Channel Reports. However,
you can't currently set these metrics as global/shared. This means that
all users will now have to create the same calculated metrics. Can you
please make it so that you can make the channel metrics global?
It would be extremely helpful if we didn't have to call in to Client
Care and ask about the progress or status of a SAINT upload. Having an
admin interface showing the current status of all uploads and what
variables and report suites they are associated with along with a
progress bar would be extremely helpful and possibly cut down on the
number of calls to Client Care. Thanks,Tim
It would be nice if all Referrer Reports (Referrers, Referrer Type,
Referring Domain, Original Referring Domain) were correlated to the
pages report by default. That way we don't have to use one of our data
correlation slots for it.
We need the ability with ReportBuilder to be able to save a workbook
with a ReportBuilder data source in it as a .xlsm file. It currently
only allows you to save as an .xslx. ReportBuilder also needs the
ability to be controlled using a Macro. For Example, being able to
refresh a ReportBuilder data source from a macro.
You can copy and paste without column headers as well if you select the
first dimension name, such as the page name, and then hold SHIFT and
click on the metric column header and hit CTRL-C. This will allow you to
copy and paste without column headers. I do agree that it needs to be
more intuitive thought...
It would be really helpful if you could map the default success events
to custom events. When you have to submit things like revenue and units
via transaction ids, you can't use the default events and instead have
to use custom events. This makes it extremely difficult in many cases to
use different tools due to the "hard-coding" of these events into
different tools. It would be nice if we could just point the revenue
event to a custom event in these situations. Even better would be for
you to f...
This same problem exists in Excel Client as well when looking at
multiple variables with the same classification names. For example, if
you have a prop and an eVar that have the same classifications, it will
display the same name in Excel Client when choosing a report.
It would be really nice to be able to setup multiple event calendars in
SiteCatalyst. Essentially, it would be a way to create folders for your
events while still being able to have different icon sets as well. Also,
it would be nice if you could create Annotations on charts so that you
don't have to leave a report in order to add a calendar event.
Currently, if you wanted to send a report to someone but needed to add a
calendar event first, you would have to leave the report, add the
