Classification Sets: Add rsid multi-select or batch import mode

Description - Please add ability to either multi-select report suites, or add a bulk import for adding them

Why is this feature important to you - Managing classification sets across many report suites is a PITA when you have to do it one at a time. 

How would you like the feature to work - Change the current UI from single rsid dropdown to be multi-select, OR, add new text area option to copy/paste list to bulk import / fill in fields. 

Current Behaviour - Report Suites can only be selected one at a time
