The naming and format of the CJA ootb metrics time spent (seconds), time spent per session, time spent per person is very confusing for the user.
Time spent (seconds) -> the name of the metrics highlights that the format is in seconds -> actual format HH:MM:SS -> confusing
time spent per session, time spent per person -> name doesn´t say anything about the format -> actual format is seconds -> not very user friendly, if it´s more than 60 seconds -> user needs to calculate in HH:MM:SS
My expectations: easy to understand names of the metrics, user-friendly format
