We have a wide variance in web analytics understanding and ability of our internal users. Was wondering if it was possible that all Omniture accounts come with a default training report suite for new users to learn what reports are available out of the box. Also some form of interactive training modules would be great. Just as an example, a module for how to find search keywords broken by search engine. The training module would demostrate where to find the data and also provide option to instruct the user click by click, etc.
The main observations, we have seen internally is for the new, light and non-daily users, is they have trouble locating reports and are generally overwhelmed with the amount of data available.
Also would be nice if there were some videos explaining the different products in the marketing suite, which are made able to users. I often find I have to repeatedly explain to users, what they are for!
