Better error notification for Data Warehouse

When a Data Warehouse report fails we are not notified. We have to check the Request Manager at random times to try to see if it is still processing or if it failed. And when it did fail, we are not told why. A better error message in the UI (and sent in an email) would be useful. Also an automatic resubmit of the report if the error was not due to something on my end would be good. I obviously want the report, so I should not have to resubmit it myself.

Same goes for all of the emailed reports (data extract, bookmarks, dashboards) if they fail to send there should be an error log someplace to allow the admin to troubleshoot.

I'd love to get an email notification if I schedule a report to an FTP location and it doesn't deliver. Having to manually check the interface and just seeing "Has Error" manually is annoying.

What I thought was a simple task turns into something that 3 days later are still awaiting for client care to assist with.

Something that a simple descriptive message could have solved.

Also can't believe that after 10 years this hasn't been addressed. Would not only make users of Data Warehouse make happier to quickly solve the issue that gave the report an error but help reduce these queries to client care. Data Warehouse could do with a UI refresh as well to make it a bit user friendly to use (i.e. bigger preview window, better UI for segment selection etc.).
