Although Discover allows you to build dynamic reports by using table builder, when you export data through the schedule manager, the reports collapse and only give you the totals line only.  I talking to ClientCare the only functionality supported at this time is using fixed lists.    Impact is that if you release new content to your website then you need to go in daily and add it.  This can be time consuming especially if you add multiple documents and/or products daily.

I agree with karen_bloss.  The table builder is a great tool to group data but then there is no way to schedule a report to send out the grouped data.  Someone has to manually go in and replace the table.
