One word of caution is that if you have a large data set with a lot of
breakdowns or segements Discover will time out. Sometime the report will
run in Discover but when you try to schedule the report for export it
will time out. There is no hard rule on the time out is what I have been
Although Discover allows you to build dynamic reports by using table
builder, when you export data through the schedule manager, the reports
collapse and only give you the totals line only. I talking to ClientCare
the only functionality supported at this time is using fixed lists.
Impact is that if you release new content to your website then you need
to go in daily and add it. This can be time consuming especially if you
add multiple documents and/or products daily.
