Description - Allow moving around tables and visualizations inside of panels
Why is this feature important to you - The current auto-snap/-arranging of components is sometimes too limiting
How would you like the feature to work - Have a "snap to grid" or "auto arrange" default setting that can be disabled
Current Behaviour - moving elements around will try to snap into place which hinders some layouts
