Allowing segments to be applied to an entire project at once

Description - To save up time, allow segments to be applied to multiple panels of a project at once.

Why is this feature important to you - It saves time, a lot.

How would you like the feature to work - I'd drag the segment on an aread at the top of the project, and it will be applied to all panels below.

Current Behaviour - this is not possible.
