Allow to remove metrics from Discover graph

Currently any added metric is being shown in the graph.

Would be good to be able to remove metrics from the graph but keeping them in the data tables.

Additionally 2 y-axis would be beneficial if you want to show 2 metrics in the same graph that have a different value range.
