Allow more precision for raw difference in Summary Change report (digits after the decimal point)

"Show Raw Difference" option in "Summary Change" report allow to have raw difference instead of percent change, but it is rounded! so if we cannot compare digits after the decimal point.

For exemple, I want to compare two values of a metric that are 5.37 for one week and 5.18 for another week, the segment comparison will give me "+0" as raw difference, but I want to be able to have "+0.19".

Nonetheless, with the "abbreviate value" option that allows to display "1k" instead of "1,234" we can chose to have 0 to 3 digits ("1k" or "1.2k" or "1.23k" or "1.234k").

But it's not possible for digits after the decimal point.
