I would love to use the left hand menu customisation capability to link directly to dashboards. This would allow for the seamless integration of dashboards/custom reports/ and default reports all from one menu.
Use case : imagine I had a menu with a folder dedicated to a site section such as reviews. I could then link to a reviews overview dashboard straight from that menu with the more detailed flexible reports listed below. This feature would really help drive adoption with business users who want to see many information touch points on one screen.
