Allow Customer Attribute access to be managed in Analytics Group Management Settings

With our enablement of Customer Attributes in Analytics via the Marketing Cloud, it became clear that we did not have a good way of limiting access to this data without creating a new virtual report suite that was general user friendly. Because this requires us to switch the default report suite of most of our internal users (100+ users), this is not an ideal option. There should be a way to limit Customer Attributes in Group User Management Settings (the same way we limit dimensions/metrics/tools).

Though not PII, this customer-based data can be misinterpreted and misused if not managed appropriately. We'd like to limit the interaction our users have with these attributes by default, giving permission to only key members of our marketing organization.
