Add "First Page Num" as a Dimension to Adhoc Analysis / Discover

To better understand acquisition channel reporting, having "First Page Num" in Adhoc Analysis is critical - the "Entry" category does not function to the level of specificity needed when trying to attribute one source to a given entry point.  It also would allow for consistent report capabilities across the DataFeed and Data Warehouse.
