Add fly-out menus to Admin menu

Would save some time if the Admin menu would get more flyout menus like this one:

Similar sub-menus could be added for the Admin Console itself or SAINT Classifications.

Currently I need to click through 1-3 pages to reach my destination. e.g. Webservices is Admin Console -> Company -> Webservices.
