I am a CRO expert inside a big global telco player. Part of my job is building post-analysis dashboards to understand the impact of Adobe Target AB test and personalization activities.
We hardly ever use the default / built-in metrics as KPIs to evaluate the test uplift/down lift. Instead, we use calculated metrics but, as far as I know, we need to export data to another tool to calculate lifts and confidence.
Do you know if Adobe provides a recommended solution to this issue?
