It does not appear in the Conversion Classification

It seems I'm losing my marbles here. When I use the classification rule builder, it doesn't appear to be there for me to select in the 'Set Classification As' drop down box, even though I have created a classification in Report Suite Manager. I thought maybe it could be a time problem but I have waited a few hours and it is still not there. Would you mind if I asked you a few questions?

Someone else had this issue the other day... I couldn't replicate the issue...

 

The only suggestion I could think of was that the Classification Rule builder was targeting multiple suites, but the classifications were only create in one of those suites... I never got a confirmation if this was the case.

 

Can you try that? If not, maybe there is a problem with some of the servers... it might warrant a ticket to client care?
