Issue with Rearranging Freeform Table in Adobe Analytics

Avatar

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue when rearranging items in a Free form table within Adobe Analytics for all the browser. Here's what happens:

1. I try to rearrange columns/rows for the first time, but they snap back to their original positions.

2. On the second attempt, the rearrangement works as expected.

This issue happens consistently during the first rearrangement attempt. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or known fixes?

I have added screen record in the zip file.

- Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a Free form table in Adobe Analytics.

  2. Try to rearrange columns/rows (fails on the first try).

  3. Rearrange again (works on the second attempt).

I think the problem happens when you try to change both the width and the height at the same time...

I believe that on your first attempt the "height" was adjusted, then on the second attempt the "width" was adjusted... you can see that the height changed because the initial table didn't have a scroll bar, but after the first change, you have a vertical scroll, you also went from showing 12 items to 10.

Next time, instead of grabbing the corner (where you get a diagonal arrow), try grabbing the side (where you get the left-right arrow). Changing one dimension at a time should work better.

I have seen this with Summary visualizations... I don't need the huge box that it gives by default, I just got used to changing one then the other dimension...
