Hello Adobe Analytics API User,

Late last year, you were notified that the following Adobe Analytics API services were slated to reach their end-of-life and were being shut down in November 2020.

  • 1.3 Analytics APIs
  • 1.4 SOAP Analytics APIs
  • Legacy OAuth Authentication (OAuth and JWT)

In response to requests from several customers and to avoid any potential disruption during the upcoming holiday season, we are extending the end date to the end of June, 2021.

You can refer to Legacy API EOL FAQ to understand how this might impact you and for guidance on how to proceed. No action is required if your company does not employ any of the services listed above.

API integrations can migrate to the 1.4 Analytics REST APIs and/or the 2.0 Analytics APIs. Legacy OAuth accounts can migrate to an Adobe IO Analytics integration account, which can be used to access both the 1.4 Analytics APIs and 2.0 Analytics APIs. Details on the services being retired and the migrations options are documented in the Legacy API EOL FAQ.

Please note that any current integrations built using the services being deprecated will cease to work on end of June, 2021.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the Adobe team at legacyapideprecation@adobe.com.

Thank you,
Adobe Analytics

What Adobe Workspace components can we use to determine the users of the 1.3 API? I want to determine what apps and users are still using the old outdated API. Or is there another way than Adobe Workspace that will identify all the applications and users using Analytics 1.3 API.
