Hi @Markoal Yes there are many option to touch with Adobe support team, it would be easier if you go through your adobe account manager.
Every organization will have the adobe account manager if they use their platforms like Adobe analytics or any of the Enterprise platform.
It would be great if you approach through Meta or Google IT support.
You can have regular calls as well, you can create ticket as well through their ticketing system.
Check with IT team who manages adobe suites.
