Can I buy ads from Google through the Adobe platform?

I was looking into Adobe Experience Cloud. I know that Media Optimizer Search supports Google, Bing, Yahoo, and international search engines. Is this just a platform to create models and reports, or can you actually bid on search through Adobe? Any information relevant to this would be a huge help!
