Solved

Have a bit of a mystery I'm trying to solve.    We have an email newsletter that goes out every week to about 20k subscribers. In this newsletter we sell ad space. Nothing fancy, just a square image that is linked to the advertiser's website.    Week to week, we had been seeing about 100 clicks from about 50 people on these ads. Not crazy but not to bad for what are essentially banner ads.    Then, around the week of 12/6/2022, we saw a dramatic drop in clicks to those links, down to the single digits. After a few months of data, that pattern has stuck around, so it's not a one-time fluke. What's odd is we aren't seeing a drop in clicks on the other links, except clicks to are social media icons, which are also image-only links.    I have bot activity set to logged but not filtered. I checked emails before and after and found some clicks attributed to bots and some not, so I know we're capturing all the activity. I checked and there's no cha

I am working on a new fun challenge and could use some help from my team aka this Community.I want to create a report that tells the story of how long approvals have been taking for a series of projects. The projects are within a few programs but there is also a robust custom form attached so there are many ways to filter to get the specific project list.Does anyone know of a way to do an EXISTS statement where I can connect Proof Approval to the Project? I know I can get to Document but not sure if I can continue to move up the hierarchy. I'm open to any and every idea!

Hi All,   We created a smart list that looks for contacts with a specific type of opportunity. The list is returning with contacts, but there is a bucket of contacts that are missing from this list. When looking at the Person Detail Opportunity tab for these missing contacts we see these contacts have the opportunity that we are expecting to have them to meet the ur Smart List filters.  We then looked at the Person Activity Log and noticed there is no "Add to Opportunity" activity task for these missing contacts. This seems to be the only difference between the contacts with this opportunity that showed up in the Smart List and those that didn't.   Based off the Person Updated Date, it looks like the contacts that were part of our initial SFDC-> Marketo Sync are the contacts that are missing the "Add to Opportunity" activity task and the ones that are showing up in this Smart List had the opportunity added after our initial sync. We tried updating the Opportunity on t

I've been receiving mixed messages from my Users and hoping you all can confirm once and for all. Is the New Filter Experience Sticky? By this I mean, if I set my filters for a Project list and then navigate elsewhere to another list of projects (maybe I opened a Program) would the previously set filters apply across the platform or will the user need to select these every time they navigate around Workfront.

Hello, I am following Theming workflow in Quick site creating in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-develop/site-template/theming.html?lang=en. I am using local AEM instance and cloud environment for this. I don't see Site in dropdown in my working environments. The first screenshot is from tutorial video and last 2 are from my environments.Any idea why I do not see "Site" in dropdown?Regards,

Hi AC Community  I'd like to know why Adobe Campaign API does not support REST web service call and only SOAP as per documentation. Searching for a solid reason to share to one of my customers  Thank you

Is there a way to see current proofs list pending approval on only active (in progress) projects?

Hi Experts, We are facing some weird behavior with push notifications for transactional messages. Some device tokens we register in Campaign go directly to the denylist even though it never receives any other notification. The token is right because the device receives messages from other ends than Campaign.Do you guys know what can be happening here? As far as we know, that denylist is for opt-out and hard bounces, we saw that in many cases, the profile does not choose to opt-out, and as it never receives any messages, it's not a hard-bounce issue also. Thanks for the help Best,

I'm trying to find a way to combine/merge a few projects that were submitted individually but are part of the same overall project. Is there a way to combine the info from the request form into 1 large project? The only way I can think of doing this is to manually copy and paste the info into whichever project I want to keep. Or, I can create a program but I believe that will still have separate projects. Goal is to have 1 project and 1 schedule.  Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to change the time in the Adobe Campaign? We are two hours behind schedule

Hello Team,   We need to create a custom API in Campaign v8. This API will be called from an external application. We will create the same in JSSP pages, but wanted to know about the   1. Authentication and Authorization parameters that we need to send with the REST Calls. 2. Do we need to create a separate user in ACC and give them necessary permissions ? 3. How to Authenticate and and check Authorization  in the JSSP API. 4. Any best practices that you can point me too.   Any working example will help a lot   Regards, DG

Hi Team, We are facing one issue after enabling SAML authentication in AEM. Currently with SAML, no dispatcher cache is creating and all hits are going to Publish instance. Can someone tell me is it default behavior for SAML enabled instances or is there any configuration available to make cache create again in dispatcher

Hi There, I am including text component using slightly in for loop<div class="cmp-logo__item" v-if="logoList.length" v-for="(logo, index) in logoList"> <div class="testclass" data-sly-resource="${'title' @resourceType='constellar-core/components/title'}"></div></div> but when text component render on the page it will render single id for all the text component, so only the last component is editable.  Can anyone suggest me on this.

New to the concept of progressive profiling here, and wondering whether or not this is something AEM Forms is capable of?

I am trying to use an Audience Manager segment for retargeting purposes within Facebook. To achieve this I followed the steps outlined here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/integrating-third-party/facebook-wca-integration.html   I believe everything is set up correctly (am I missing something here?). A custom audience has been set up in Facebook using this audience, and it has been assigned to a live Facebook Ad Campaign - yet the Facebook ad platform is saying that no impressions have been served up.   Have I got something wrong with my set up below?   DIL  ECID version 5.2   Destination has been set up as follows Base and Secure URL's are both:https://www.facebook.com/tr/?id=MY_PIXEL_ID&ev=Adobe-Audience-Manager-Segment&cd[segID]=%ALIAS%&noscript=1 In reality, MY_PIXEL_ID is the fb pixel id... I've just hidden it for this post.     Segment used for this

Hi, I am a bit confused with the conception of New Visitors in Adobe that says "exclude visitors with more than one visit". In this case I have Number of Visits and number of Unique Visitors equal. What if I want to know: in a period chosen (2 month) how many visitors came to my site for the first time and what happened to them, did they return during these two month (more than two visits), how many times... When I apply "New Visitors" segment I have only those that came for the first time and don't return anymore during 2 months period. Please if you have any idea I would appreciate it very much. Thanks,Ani

I have multiple queries in JCR-SQL2 and are currently separated in multiple ACS commons reports. This is not very user friendly as we need to go through different reports to look for the data. I was wondering if there's any way to merge these reports into one?

Is there a way for me to pre-select style system from my aem components via editable templates? I am not able to do this.

Hi,Can anyone tell me that is AMP feature available for Adobe Campaign Standard? There is no standard documentation available in Adobe Campaign standard docs with regards to AMP and its implementation. So, if anybody has implemented then please share some insights.Regards & Thanks,Tirth Sangoi.

Hello, when I look at the campaign standard it looks to me as if the back bone is the same as campaign classic. Is there a way you can run both on the same instance?Like add capabilities like add custom activities and technical workflows or custom segments in campaign classic and then using standard version to build campaigns etc. Marcel

I am trying to understand the difference between marketing channel instances and tracking code instances. In my screenshot below it shows zero marketing channel instances. I am breaking down last touch with last touch channel detail. How can I exclude marketing channel instances which are showing zero?
