Has anyone ever created a routing rule for a project with a default team AND a default assignee (where the default assignee isn't part of the default team?) If so, do both the team and assignee get notifications? I'm wanting to have a way that when one person from one particular team is out of office, a user can be added to the other teams routing rule just while they're away to be notified when new requests come through so I'm wondering if I can add that person as the default assignee just in that time? Hope that makes sense

I created a custom segment using two events with the "Only After" sequence.I am attempting to use the custom segment as part of a calculated metric where the custom segment is the numerator. When I select it, it is acting a container and requesting a metric, dimension, segment, etc. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to add to the container?  the Custom Segment is two metrics and it is a segment.Any help is greatly appreciated.TIA,Brian

I want to use context aware configuration in my aem project. Is there anyway without defining  @10922553:configRef property at root level, can we refer configuration at /content level or /content/data level?

I am using AEMaaCS. I have an experience fragment that I use across various pages and templates in AEMaaCS as header. Now I have to make some changes to this experience fragment. When I click on it to edit from the content tree, it shows up blank. The other XF's are working fine. The header XF which I want to edit is being rendered on all templates and pages that it is being used and also in the crx de.

Hi, I want to be sure there will be no issues when other users try to query the recipients tables if it's main workflow (where it gets updated is still running). From this link, the locking happens when other processes (workflows) try to do changes in the tables (e.g. recipients):The example below illustrates the most common and logical form of transactional locking. In this case, we have 3 transactions that are all attempting to make changes to a single row in TableHowever, in my case, the other workflows will not attemp to do any changes to recipients, only query it to use it's data to sent some deliveries. Could any kind of locking still happen? I set my recipients update workflow running over night, but it is still running the update activity, and want to make sure everything will run smoothly for the other users, when they start their labor today.Maybe it is better to try contact adobe support to abort that update activity?

We have recently started updating the Adobe Mobile SDK libraries for our Android App test build to use the AEP SDKs. We configured AEP with the extensions we need(Adobe Analytics, Mobile Core, Profile and AEP Assurance) and updated all of the code with our Android app. We are not using any schemas, so the app has been build using the Adobe Analytics extension.  From the app, we connected to Assurance, and we are able to see each Adobe Analytics event that we are expecting to see, so we can tell that from the app to AEP, the calls are working and being captured as expected. In Assurance, we can also see that the post-processed status is green showing that the AEP to Analytics connection is working as expected also, as all the information needed was pulled with no errors (processing rules etc) However, as part of our QA, we want to be able to confirm that the data we're seeing in AEP Assurance, lines up with what we're seeing in Adobe Analytics. Looking at our dev rep

Hi Team,How to implement Natural language Search in aem?

I think that to target users based on their continent is not currently possible, at least in an easy way, as I could test directly on target and read here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/audiences/create-audiences/categories-audiences/geo The use case would be to create audience directly based on whole continents. For example, selecting "Africa". I can't find a way apart than select "Country/region" and select the 54 countries that Africa has, but this is not a smooth or fast experience. Maybe through  "Geo" option also, but, if possible, I think it would be even worse and more difficult to come up with an accurate coordinate grid.  Thanks!

Using core components within AEM forms and I was trying to use the date before after for the date say end date, eg if end date is keyed in, it should be less than the start date but due to a bug that adobe has confirmed this would not work on core components. If I were to write a rule or rules how could I fail validation via script  to avoid moving to next panel or submit ?globals.function.markasinvalid does not block submission

I need to configure AWS KMS client  downloaded from AWS to run in AEM to access the AWS KMS Key Store.  How do I configure this.and how can the AWS KMS Client from AEM call the AWS KMS KeyStore?

Hello,I'm looking for a way to identify what tables (and ideally fields) are being used across  a selection of campaign workflows. I'm guessing we can access the workflow data and possibly export the full XML. Then make an analysis outside of Campaign. The goal is to understand what data is used the most and validate if the data model could be optimised for the users. Has anyone done something similar already? Thanks

Hello All, I have the calculated field below and the result I am getting is, it is showing me the L2, L3, & L4 levels. However, I want to see only L4, unless it is Blank then I want to see L3 and if that is Blank then for it show L2. What am I doing wrong? CONCAT( {DE:admin | Calc L2 Organizations}, IF(ISBLANK({DE:admin | L3 Organization Lookup}),"",CONCAT(", ",{DE:admin | L3 Organization Lookup})), IF(ISBLANK({DE:admin | L4 Organization Lookup}),"",CONCAT(", ",{DE:admin | L4 Organization Lookup})))

Dear Team,I need to develop a workspace reporting template that includes the following points:1) Basic website metrics, such as visitors/visits, average visit duration, and bounce rate, Device split, Top pages, Marketing channels, Top campaigns2) Engagement-related metrics (depending on what Adobe tracks), such as scroll depth, video views, etc.3) Conversion-related metrics (depending on what Adobe tracks), such as form submissions, newsletter registrations, etc.Could you please suggest any additional metrics I should include? If you have an effective workspace template for any website, please share it with me.

Hi All, I wanted to ask a question around if the time in Adobe Workspace is different than the downstream data for timestamps/dates, etc.? Please see "hit_time_gmt" here for reference downstream: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/export/analytics-data-feed/data-feed-contents/datafeeds-reference. Not sure about upstream. Thanks!

Hi Community,  This might be a classic old question, but we have certain deep links which contain campaignID query parameter and these are sent to users via email. Now, when users click on the link and land on our website, there is a redirect happening and query params are dropped during this time. Is there a way that we can get this value of campaignID query param before the redirection? Currently, it is not going through Adobe Analytics and we cannot do reports for the same.  Any help is highly appreciated.  Many thanksBest,Rupal

Hi there,We are trying to assign tasks on a project in Workfront. When we go into the Workload Balancer, we are expecting to see users available to us so that we can assign a task.As per the guidance on the help site it states that :But we can't see any active users by default, they only appear if we manually assign individual tasks. Please can anyone advise on how we can view all users (and then apply filters) on the workload balance in the 'Assigned Work' section. Thanks in advance

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the best way to capture and save the emails we send to our customers, and ideally how to get those emails saved into customer service files.  We are required to have an exact copy of each email a customer receives for compliance purposes. Currently, when we send emails, we BCC an internal company Outlook inbox set up specifically for Marketo emailing so we have a copy of the exact email each customer receives saved for our records. From there, our IT team is able to grab each email from the Outlook inbox and route it to the correct customer file. However, Outlook has a maximum of 3,000 emails allowed to hit an inbox at once. This is causing issues, as our email sends are generally more than 3,000 so we have to do each send in multiple batches.  We reached out to our Marketo contact and they suggested bypassing the Outlook BCC issue with an SMTP relay service. Does anyone have experience using an SMTP relay

I am preparing demo for customer from airline industry and would like to show them Schema model.I saw that article but its not enough: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/xdm/schema/industries/travel-hospitalityWhat do you think about such a data model:1. Profile data from www2. Profile data from app 3. Event data from www4. Event data from app5. Event data bookings (app & www) 6. Call center events What do you think about that?
