Hi,We ran data store garbage collection in our lower regions like PTE for author instance. But that did not save any space. The disk space before and after we ran data-store garbage collection were same. We decided to copy over the production repository to lower region. Below are the steps we followed. After the repo is copied we are not able to start the lower region (PTE). Attaching the error message for reference.Please advice on how to fix this or copy prod repo to lower regionsStop the PTE author instance.Tack a backup of entire instance ( contains crx-quickstart folder and repo folder) into a toast server.Once the back-up is finished, delete the existing repo from instance.Copy the prod repo into PTE author.Start the server.

Hi all, I am looking into if we can pause sending out emails from Nurture Streams during certain holidays (i.e. April fools, Christmas, New Years day, etc). Currently I made a way too complex pausing structure, with a smart campaign for every holiday (more than 43) which pauses certain leads from certain countries. This is not workable at all as you understand. Do you guys have other ideas?

I want to be able to add a contact to a marketo campaign in salesforce and then in the flow, change a data value on the contact's account. Is that possible?For example:Contact - add to marketo campaigntrigger - when contact is added to campaign via marketo sales insightflow - change data value "do not call" (at account level - not on the contact)Is that possible? I know it works on the contact, I tested it, but I can't get it to work at the account level. Is there a step I'm missing?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am running a 6.2 OSGI install.  The adaptive form is based upon XML Schema.  I created a base DOR template per the instructions below.  How do I generate the PDF for user to view and print?  I thought I could use the Verify component, but I get message "Verify works only with XFA-based Adaptive Forms" (see attached screenshot). https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/generate-document-of-record-for-non-xfa-based-adapti ve-forms.html

Hi All I am having trouble flattening a pdf. Using LiveCycle it would be done using the OutputService.generatePDFOutput operationHowever the generatePDFOutput method available on com.adobe.fd.output.api.OutputService does not have a TransformationFormat that can be specified to a flat pdf, and its options object also does not seem to have anything that will help with this.So my question is, using the com.adobe.fd library, how would you take a pdf Document that has fields etc, and flatten it? Thanks!Mahendran

Any idea why Link checker service on AEM 6.2 publish instance is showing broken links for the following urls. How will I get to know how these URL are invoked. I have been working in analytics platforms for years, and know what I’m doing in most. I’m currently training to learn Adobe Analytics, and am totally stuck on the following points, so I am going to ask for help from the community. If you are willing to slowly hold my hand and answer more questions than you may want, feel free to read on, if not I totally understand.1) I am trying to find how "conversions" are set up. I understand Google Analytics conversions, but can't figure out how it's done in Adobe Analytics. I see tons of reports of data being pulled by Adobe Analytics. Is there a specific way these reports are set up? (I am wondering if I have enough "Admin" access to create certain reports).2) Is there an easy way to see how certain "Conversions" or "Events" are set up? Like for example, if someone hits a target URL, or an event is fired via javascript. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it! Is it possible to enable clientLibs minification for only one project in an AEM instance where there are multiple projects?For eg: In an AEM instance there are multiple projects like:/apps/<division1>/<subdivision1>/<project1>, /apps/<division1>/<subdivision1>/<project2>, /apps/<division1>/<subdivision1>/<project1>,/apps/<division1>/<subdivision2>/<project1>/apps/<division2>/<subdivision1>/<project1>If we enable minification in the Felix console config manager, it will be applicable for all the projects. In the above case is it possible to enable minification only for /apps/<division1>/<subdivision1>/<project1>

Hi, just noticed an update in the segment builder, which is not mentioned in the release note.When building sequential segments you now have the option to filter for traffic "before sequence" or "after sequence" What does it exactly mean? What's the difference to before?

Hi, I'm trying to create an AB test to run on multiple pages that don't fall in to a usable blanket URL structure. As such, the 'Configure > URL' feature in the Visual Experience Composer won't cover all cases.I've added the preview URL string to view my test content on various pages, and it works across all of them with no issues.Is there a way to target tests based on consistent in-page content instead of URL? Many thanks,Chris

Our sales support team is sending emails using the Marketo plugin for Outlook. For several of the emails that have been sent via send and track, we receive an undeliverable notice from Outlook (see below - note: I've removed the contact information for privacy). This would lead us to believe that the email has not been sent, but when I check the contact record in Salesforce it shows that the email has been opened. Has anyone ever encountered this or does anyone have any insight on this topic? Could it be that when Outlook marks an email as undeliverable Marketo somehow thinks it's been opened by the recipient? Or perhaps, the email is actually being delivered and it's an error within Outlook? Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks,

HiI use DTM's "JavaScript / Third Party Tags" scripts (Sequential and Non-Sequential HTML varieties) to trigger marketing tags on website pages (think Google conversions or Doubleclick Floodlight).  Recently, a message started showing up in Chrome's console. (Click to enlarge example of console warning message.)I found that Google will begin blocking document.write() of 3rd-party scripts on slow (2G) connections starting in mid-October.  https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/08/removing-document-write?hl=en.  I therefore expect my 3rd-party tags to not work via DTM starting in mid-October. It's unfortunate because it's a useful feature to us.Is there awareness in the community of this change? Does anyone read this differently?Does anyone know if Adobe is something to address it?  I have a question in to ClientCare but haven't heard back yet.  Perhaps the community could also help.Thanks for any input. 

We are experiencing a huge backlog of triggered campaigns in the Campaign Queue, which is causing delays to our data updates and programs that sync to Salesforce.I initially engaged Marketo Support when I noticed the delays, and they told me that it was the sheer number of trigger campaigns we had active that was causing the backup. When an individual user (not yet registered in CRX) attempts to login, CRX authenticates against LDAP and if authentication is successful then that user is synchronized with CRX. So, How to force synchronization of LDAP users with CRX so that rights can be assigned before the user first tries to login?This question is answered in this link for CRX 2.3 - I have similar issue and unable to find any solution in AEM 6.0.0.SP2.Solution mentioned in above link doesn't work because AEM 6 don't have com.adobe.granite.ldap MBeans registered under JMX Web Console.What's best way to solve this issue to force authorization of LDAP users with AEM ? I want to add users to AEM [from LDAP] and at the same time wanna add them to pre-defined AEM Groups [without them required to sign-in AEM].Thanks,
