Hi All,I am facing a problem with the special chars plugin - the issue is while authoring the content if I add any special character I am not able to differentiate the symbol because of the size. So i was trying to add custom css to the special characters so that they look bigger in size and are easily visible.But the problem is I am not able to find the css class for the richtext component.i checked it here - /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/richtext/clientlibs/rte/coralui3 and few other places as well but couldn't find it.Please can anyone provide me the css path where i can edit the classes or add custom classes.ORIs there any other way to increase the size of special chars in the RTE.

Hi There, I have a website where layering is done on the pages , one layer of video runs in the background with text and icons being overlapped on a different layer.When I create a Target activity and the try to edit the elements on the pages in the VEC,  I am not able to edit the content in the background layer because I am not able to catch the HTML tags for that page using the Edit text/HTML options.Can someone help. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Hello,i found that when i imported an asset , .mp4, the audio bit rate, Audio codec etc, never got extracted and as a result is blank in the basic tab when you edit the properties, anyone knows if i could be missing a workflow perhaps?Please let me know

Hello,I am working for a small firm and we would like to create some simple pdf forms with a few adaptive fields (e.g for adding product numbers) , if possible.I filled this contact form: Adobe Marketing Cloud | Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vertrieb  and I did not get an answer. I called the Sales Hotline and People are telling me that they dont know About AEM forms or that only a "Server Version" of AEM is available which has a five figure cost.I can not imagine that this is true and als on the Forum I found some indicators that other Options are available.Can you please provide some more detailed information on this and/or share the relevant contact details? Hi,I would like to add a custom metadata property to my assets.I have seen the following documentation around metadata profiles:https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-3/assets/using/metadata-profiles.htmlThis seemed promising but doesn't seem to add the properties to UI when viewing the properties of an asset.Is there a way to add custom field to an asset so that is viewable/amendable by authors?Thanks,Jim

The event will have two different sessions, happening at two different times in the day so there are 4 possible sessions people can choose from.I am trying to figure out:1. The best way to set up the form to give the user a choice to select which content at the time they prefer (see my screenshot of form I have created)2. The best way to take the form fill data and dynamically update the registration confirmation email with the choices the made (ie - "we see you registered for content A and 8am and content B at 2pm")3. Hi All,We have a e-commerce AEM site which uses Hybris as e-commerce engine. We are in the process of upgrading Hybris and as part of upgrade we have a requirement to use ASM module from Hybris and provide the same features on AEM Store front(existing website) i.e a customer sales rep can order on a customer's behalf/add items to cart etc. We are currently authenticating against hybris, We are trying to avoid developing a whole new site for this and thinking of ways if a customer sales rep will go to hybris backoffice and can launch AEM storefront site and is logged in as the customer. Kind of impersonation. Any pointers on how we can achieve the functionality. We are on AEM 6.3 and using AEM-Hybris connector with some customization.

Hi,Am able to uplaod and download csv files into AEM. The file has the content intact. But when I try to open it using the AEM's built in editor, I could see the comma separated values within a cell being put into different columns by the editor. HI I'm using AEM 6.3 Editable templates.I have created a custom Template A.Site1,Site2,Site3,Site4 are built using Template A and I have header title component on each site which should be unique per site, PFB screenshots for the reference.we need help to build this title component dynamic for multiple websites, so that the title is dynamically picking from the title of the root page.

I have a figure which is regularly used throughout the website and every time this figure changes, we have to update every page that it is being used on. I was wondering if there was a way to have some sort of global variable where this can referenced in any component using something like "we have [variable] customers" but the resulting text would be "we have 240 customers".

Hi All,I'm in the process of implementing AAM through server-side forwarding from Analytics. I've followed each step as outlined here.However in testing the staging library, I notice the error below where the Visitor API service is loaded twice. Also of note, the AAM tool in DTM has been set to 'inactive' to accommodate this method.Any ideas of what may be causing this? Is it possible the guide above is incorrect?Thanks

Hello,In the Pages Report of the Development Report Suite I am able to see "Other" as a Line item - this is the Maximum no of Page-views.I tried breaking down with URL's and other eVar's all of them says Unspecified.But on the contrary when I break down using Activity Map Page or Link. I can see some Lower environment URL's and Again unspecified.My question is how to stop this unexpected activity? can Activity map trigger a separate call without any eVar or Prop?Thanks in Advance,Vijaya Vigneshan K S

Hello Adobe Community !My data scientist team is having some trouble at getting a calculated metric through the report API. In this calculated metric i'm calculating a division of the single Page Visits Metric by the Entries Metric.I checked this out by printing all the metrics using the Dancing Cactus Python Librairies for Adobe Analytics Reporting API 1.4 in my IDLE Python environnement, and among all the metrics I can find my Calculated Metric, but could not find the Single Page Visits.So my question is , could it be possible that the API cannot report the metric Single Page Visits, and by extension my Calculated Metric ? Is it like the Data Wharehouse where some metrics have not been calculated/processed yet and thus cannot be extracted ? I Believed that the report API had access to anything on Adobe Analytics.I need fast confirmation on this, so any help would be really appreciated !Cheers to the Adobe Community !

Hi there,ursboller​ Gigazelle​We are hoping to build a number of dashboards based off of data available to us via Adobe.When we run the segments in Workspace, we have difficulty creating the style report that would be the most efficient for extracting the data.For example, we wish to be able to see a breakdown of the total Unique Visitors, Visits and Page Views for each day broken down by country, see screenshot 1.However, so far we have difficulty producing the above. The nearest we have gotten is by putting each country into Breakdown section by day.This is a very manual process.Is there a more efficient and quicker way to produce the ideal output as shown in screenshot 1 above?Thanks in advance,Emmet

Hi, I'm trying to make an index chart based on the percentages from a Freeform table:The equivalent in Excel would be a case of just changing the axis value of the y-axis to 1 (or 100%) on the bar graph, and bang, you've got yourself an index chart.  How do you do the same in Adobe Workspace?Thanks for your help!

Hi,Following up on my previous question here: Experience target on customer attributes I have set up customer attributes and mapped them to Target. I uploaded a test customer and am trying to target this based on age. I called the customer attribute source "AnalyticsID-TEST".The customer attributes show up when building an audience in Target, so far so good. Some of them show up twice though, which is odd:When I log in as this customer, I can see the that the attributes I uploaded are present and linked to the profile. But here they have a completely different naming, being called "crs.305694.parameter":The above audience criteria doesn't match this profile and my experience target doesn't run. But if I manually add the attribute with the same naming as in the interface it works:Is this expected behavior? How can use the above parameters in an audience?I'm also passing mbox3rdPartyId in the logged in events, and I've tried adding it in the non-authenticated area where the experience ta
