Hi, We have a custom solution in which we have a custom template for a project as well. We place it in /libs/<productname>/projects/templates/* from where it used in many places in the code as well. But after this whenever we place any template in /apps/<projectname>/projects/templates/* it is not shown? what can be the reason for this? if we remove /libs/<productname>/projects/templates/* it is also not then? when we uninstall the package it becomes ok Please can you let me know the cause?

Hello, I use in my workspace some sequential segments which I'd like to export through Data Warehouse. Unfortunately, when I set up the export, I cannot find those segments in the list so I assume sequential segments cannot be exported through Data Warehouse?. Any idea on how I can get around this? We would like to offer a free service to people, however, they have to meet a certain criteria to qualify.    Therefore i am wondering is it possible within a Marketo form that if they select an answer that does not meet our criteria, instead of them submitting the form and us having to go back to them, we are able to populate on the screen / in the form immediately a message explaining they do not meet the criteria. And if the user does meet the criteria then they can continue to complete the form.   Many thanks  

Hello, We are trying to get to a Unique Opens vs Person Opens. Adobe Campaign has a Unique Clicks (# of broadlog with click) and Person Clicks (# of people with click). They both count clicks but Unique is just the recipients and Person is meant to be recipients + users who clicked from a forwarded email. In the screenshot Unique Clicks would be "Recipient clicks" (3,586)Person Clicks would be "Distinct clicks for the population reached" (5,200)Total Clicks would be "Cumulated clicks" (6,622) Similarly, there is a distinction for opens too. "Distinct Opens for the Population Reached" is what I'm after. And after reading some Adobe documentation, this is different from "Recipient Opens" (# of broadlog with open). Somehow "Distinct Opens for the Population Reached" is estimated using "Recipients Opens", but I don't understand the formula of how it gets there So the question is -- how is @estimatedRecipientOpen calculated? What is @2107369 in the formula prov

Over the past month, we've noticed a significant increase in our last touch attribution going to the Internal channel.  Further inspection of the data shows that this is being driven by Safari 14 on mobile devices. Is anybody else observing this?  Do you know what's going on?

Hi Team, We need to add a custom URL(i.e. https://www.externaldomain/name) on embed component. Currently its working for Pinterest  URL but not for other URL's. 

Is there a way to have new users automatically be enrolled in the new experience? Can it be added when adding users during a kick-start? It seems that the only way to do it is to have a system admin add them from Set-up but our Group Admins don't have the option from Set-up or from the User Settings. We'll be adding many new users in the near future. Thanks!!

Hi,I have a requirement in which i have to disable the dropdown field in dialog . Hi Allwe are currently facing heap space issue on AEM.The leak was found and it was fixed with help of AEM documentation.1. Increasing heap memory2. https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/vmoptions-jsp.html#DebuggingOptions3. Use the flag "-XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit" to over come the error. we will disable the error occurrence.4. change the instance type( we are using AWS)5. use minimum 16 GB RAM. The leakage was controlled by using above solution. Our usecase is , we would like to monitor and create watcher and alerts using ELK.we came across the ELK- metric beats ( there is a module- jolokia, this agent is used to get the jvm metrics) here is the question:Did anyone come across this setup? Please let me know if some configured jolokia agent on AEM. Thanks in advance @joerghoh

Will the historical/past data be affected if we add new rows(classification fields) to an already existing campaign classification

We have some domains are so different from data layer point of view. So the way to collect data can be wildly different. What will be the best way to handle this?So far we are thinking to create multiple properties, each one will have it's own rules to collect data and then they all write the data to the same report suite. My questions are:     1.  is this OK?     2. If a visitor first comes to a page in domain 1, then links to a page in domain2. Since those 2 pages are in different properties, the rules will be fired from different property and the data will be saved to the same report suite. In the report side, we will count this as 1 visit or 2 visits? could my prop variable track the path cross the property?If we don't implement in this way, we just use one property. In the page load rule, add condition for each domain and we will have different rules for different domain. Then another thing I am not quite sure is, when will the data element be collected? How, if at all, do you enable leads to update their email addresses on file in a way that associates the new email address with the existing record? Is done it via a separate portal that feeds to Marketo? Does a staff member manually update Marketo records if/when the person replies to an email asking that their contact info be updated? Do you not worry about it and the person just has to subscribe with their new email address (creating a separate record in Marketo)? Curious as to what others are doing.

I am using content fragment list core component to display a list of content fragments. The dialog in content fragment list asks to select the parent folder of content fragments and it shows the list of cf's.My question is I don't see a option to order cf's in assets console in list view. I can see the ordering option for pages and assets but not for cf's.Is there a work around for this or when this feature can be introduced.

I have a task report that needs to show tasks that are assigned to anyone on "Team A" whether it's their home team or secondary team. I am filtering by "Assigned To>Home Team ID" and "Assignment Users>Home Team ID" already (probably a little redundant). This takes care of the user whose home team is Team A. I need to also list tasks assigned to users whose "other teams" contain "Team A". Racking my brain here, I'm sure the answer is easier than I think. Can anyone help? TX
