Calculate Age from evar which contains month and year.

Hello everyone,

 

I have an evar which stores 10/1982 as birth date. Is it possible to create metric which gives the current age?

eVars store their values as text. So unfortunately, there's no way to convert that text string into a date that AA can calculate on.

Even if you classify the eVar's date string to "Year", that Year would still be a string that AA cannot calculate on.
