Hi Team, We are uploading the offline data into experience cloud using CRS.  The website is on at.js 2.x , we have passed mbox3rdPartyId through  adobe.target.trackEvent  through Adobe Launch Rule "PQR". Target is implemented on website through launch only and there is separate rule "ABC" for this. "PQR" is firing post "ABC" and I can see call is firing in network tab for both.  I can see mbox3rdPartyId also present under Id. So wanted to check with you if this setup would not cause any issue and I can target the loggedIn users since I have the thirdPartyId in the param. 

Hi there, Want to know why there is 'tracking code' items in 'Natural Search' like below capture:as think that there would be 'none' item inside Natural Search' 

There seems to be a limit of 10 calculated metrics for any given freeform table. The eleventh will trigger an error of 'this metric is not enabled for this report suite'. But then if you pull that same calculated metric in another table below (in the same report suite) it works. Is this a bug or a limitation of the workspace API? Anyway around it outside of creating multiple freeform tables?

Hi,I have integrated the appMeasurement.js and now my site is subject to tracking for all the default properties (visits, pagename and so on). Now I want to track a custom variable so i have added the following code inside the onclick function of a button:s.eVar10="hello"; s.prop10="1";s.t(); The desired is to see a graph that reports the number of times the button has been clicked.Unfortunately, I'm not able to find any graph for this purpose, if someone can help me it would be really appreciated.Maybe the custom variables must be manually defined inside the workspace to start the tracking? thanks in advance

Hi All, we are seeing some odd traffic in our Adobe analytics report suite (high page views from single visitors viewing one page from single cities) even though I have the "Enable IAB Bot Filtering Rules" selected to block out bots. We also have IPs from monitoring tools excluded from our account. Most of the traffic appears to be from safari although it's not from one IP address, the location of the traffic keeps changing. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? does anyone know a solution? Many thanks

I've been working on setting up analytics and the configuration is failing, please see the below device logs. The environment id is correct and comes from the launch console. Oddly it complains about not finding this url "https://assets.adobedtm.com/file-staging.json" (I've change the exact link for security reasons), but when i visit this url I correctly see the json configuration. All the basics have been checked, the device has connection to internet and sufficient permissions. Hi to all 🙂 I have a hit that sends to adobe workspace an event (event 5) and populated an evar (evar73 = "checkout_Carla").  I'm pretty sure that there is only one call that trigger the event and the evar but, when I compare the event and the evar instances in the workspace I see a different name 1.389 (Event5) Vs 3.676 (evar instances)  How is it possible? The only solution is that the evar is sent in another called? Thk,Francesco

We have an existing app and id and secret already, but we cannot find the page to go to to see those values. The documentation says to go to the OAuth Applications tab under the user management section, but neither of these sections exist in the new admin console.

Hoping the community can help me out with a segment that I'm trying to build. I have two segments, Segment A and Segment B. These segments use hit containers. When I create a third segment, Segment C, that says "either Segment A or Segment B" and apply all segments to the visits metric, the number that appears for Segment C is greater than the sum of Segments A and B. This shouldn't be possible. Any ideas as to what is going on? EDIT: Both Segment A and Segment B use hit containers, and both require a specific an s.prop and a specific s.eVar value to exist. Since I'm applying these segments to the visit metric, it wouldn't seem like s.eVar persistence should be a factor.

Hi team,  After making changes to referring domain processing rule to not to capture 'checkout.telstra.com.au'. I can see 'None' marketing channels order numbers have gone up this doesn't make sense to me Does anyone have any idea how to debug this problem ?  Thanks 

I recently setup a Workspace project to be sent on a schedule, but when I tried to go back into the "Share" menu and delete the scheduled send I couldn't figure out how to delete it or manage the other scheduled reports I created earlier. Where can I go to manage or delete scheduled reports?

Is there a way that we can identify which workflow is triggering a query. I see the below error in the runwf.log file but unable to trace the source which is trying to execute the same: WDB-200001 SQL statement 'SELECT 1' could not be executed. (iRc=-2006)PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: could not receive data from server: Connection timed out\n (iRc=-2006) We have hybrid set up with on premise adobe campaign classic installed. Thank you.  

I would like to understand if Marketo and the SFDC MSI plugin leverage the same IP address. I am looking at allowing our Sales team to leverage the email capability from the SFDC MSI plugin, but we recently moved to Marketo's trusted IP and want to make sure that we remain in good standing. Business users sometimes uploading files with special characters with asset files using touch UI and they are creating some issues. I wanted to to restrict such kind of situations. I did some analysis on fileupload.js to restrict some characters but for some reason it is not working as I expected. If any thoughts or suggestions on this implementation really help me.

Dear all, We have a website where the search terms are obtained from the HTML elements when the the website is redirected to the result page.We want to use this information in AT to determine the audience for experience targeting.  In specific, the user search for the depart and return date/location for their travel.The result page following this only shows the first part of a two-way travel or the one-way travel alone.The depart date, depart location, arrive location are used to determine if the user falls into the audience for certain information to be shown on the same result page, preferably without having to reload.And the next page shows the return trip, with the depart date, depart location, arrive location again used to determine if the user falls into the audience for certain information to be shown on the same result page, preferably without having to reload. I wonder if the timing works out, as the info could only be taken from the HTML elements

Hi, We have a different country sites(AU and NZ) with the same code site.We are using the same report suite for all the sites and want to create virtual report suite to access the different countries.For global report suite we are using the USD currency and want to convert the currency code to check the revenue in different countries.This would allow our US team to see in $, AU team to see in AUD, NZ team to see in NZD.Is this possible to create the virtual report suite for different countries to check the respective currencies?Please provide us if any document related to this. ThanksDhanvanthi

I can't find in the documentation or the variable dropdown the event variable for the current events schema name in a workflow.There is for example vars.tableName for the sql name of the same schema but what is the event variable that will for example hold: "temp:query". I know I've used it before...

Hi,   I'm trying to figure out the best method to store historical data in one field. For example, a user fills out a form to download whitepaper A and we write the value to a field called "Whitepaper Download".   Then the same user fills out another form for whitepaper B.   What I'm trying to figure out is how would you store the values as a running historical list in a field called "Whitepaper Download History"?   The values in the history field would be such as: {{system.date}} - {{lead.Whitepaper Download}} <-- this would be Whitepaper A {{system.date}} - {{lead.Whitepaper Download}} <-- this would be Whitepaper B   Thank you!

Hi Team, I have created form on marketo then will set token get form name in email program its working fine. But after few days will rename it  then facing issue to get updated form name in notification email its showing old form name For EX. formnameabc renamed to formnamexyz but notification email still show formnameabc. Please help me out how updated form name should reflected in notification email.   Waiting for your reply  

Dear all,We have encountered an error with the code WKF-560038 in one of the mail campaign deliveries. The error message says that when executing the Delivery ID, error has occurred, and it is asked to refer to the log of the email delivery.However no error message is shown in the log. The Delivery ID is an auto-generated number with 8 digits. Does anyone have idea what this error mean?Thanks in advance. Best,Roixe
