Hello, all!Would love direction and guidance on this topic. Using AEM 6.5 and the AEM form on a new website. What is the best way to capture the web lead source and/or campaign through to SalesForce so that we may map back the lead source to the marketing channel? Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks.-Jes

Hi Community,   Reaching out for your help as always! I am looking to create a Lead Scoring report and found this awesome thread that shared how to do so without having Advance Reporting. I've followed all the steps but the report isn't showing the information how I'd expect.   Here's my process: Created three Smart Lists to collect leads with scores of 1-19, 20-39, and 40+ for the last month (MQL is 40). Here are the filters for the 40+ grouping as an example Set up a Person Performance Report (assuming this is what the OP meant by Lead Report) with my Smart Lists Adjusted the Report setup as follows.Note: I've gone with The Person Created At = All Time as I want to know, overall, which leads fell into each score group last month (if I change it to = Last Month, it will ignore leads created before that):   The report looks like this (I adjusted the Grouping to be by the hundreds so it fit the screenshot - results are the same): There are 2800+ leads in the fir

I'd like to use the "show custom HTML" option for a Marketo form, but still ask one form field. The Marketo form is on an external website, NOT a Marketo landing page.   The field we would like to use is called "Deployment Option", with REST API name: "Deployment_Option__c"   Is this possible using the HTML input box for "show custom HTML", maybe with a simple script to let the known user see a select box and pick the deployment option field, which has two choices?   If it is possible, how could it be done?   Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,   My use case is that if someone is marked as "rejected" by a sales rep because of their job title, i want to date stamp that rejection date and if the prospect changes their job title after that rejected date, then change their lead status.   Is it possible to use a token in the date of activity constraint? 

A few months ago we noticed that our MKTO pages, which use a Guided LP template, show the placeholder text of modules that are turned off/not live on the page when viewing the page in the browsers Reader View. The suggestion we got from MKTO support was to remove the placeholder content (Lorem Ipsum text) from all modules that we are not using on the live page which is doable but a bit cumbersome given how many landing pages we have and create on an almost daily basis. Essentially we want to prevent any modules that are not used on the page currently from showing up in the Reader View. I was wondering if anyone has run into that same scenario and maybe found a solution for it?   Nadine

Hello,  We've implemented opt in service using Adobe Launch. Configured the ECID extension correctly like below  Now once the user accepts cookies for target, we've update the permission and invoke direct call rule to trigger as permission/ consent provided.  adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.TARGET, true);adobe.optIn.complete();  Can see Adobe request coming through on page but can't see any delivery request in network tab instead getting below warning in console  and experience not coming through target  Any idea what's wrong here?

Hello, we understand that AEM came out with the AEM SPA editor around 2 years ago. It was a new product. There are tutorials online from Adobe teaching basic and simple ways to setup a basic AEM SPA website, but I have not seen any real AEM SPA website's in live production.Are there any AEM customers using AEM SPA's features in production live? In Search , I am trying to implement search synonym.I have updated Lucene and PageLucene index to have analyzer with details of synonym.In search I have enabled search suggestion and search quick results. It is pointing to path /content/we-retail/us/en. In synonym txt file I have 2 set of entries.1.women,womens,lady2.men,mens,gentelmenso during search I believe when I enter 'lady' it supposed to bring all records based on synonym matching will bring the result. But this is not happening. Hi there, I am trying to implement one use case which requires to send an email to customer when it qualifies certain segment. My journey orchestration flow is like [Segment Qualification Event (Behaviour:Enter)] -> [Custom Action : Email] -> End.Here the problem is I am unable to send email [may be because I'm unable to pass profile email id].Note : Custom Action to send an email works fine when I use it with event other than segment qualification.

Hello.We currently need to encrypt/decrypt some data in ACS for privacy purpose between system.We will need to send an email, with a link in it.This link got the email encrypted in aes format with cbc.ACS currently gor some functions that can encrypt data ( encryption_aescbcEncrypt )We did use this function with all the required parameter, but the output cannot be decypher by anyone ( all tools used cannot get back the original value).if i use this example :     encryption_aescbcEncrypt('TEST',"\x656e6372797074546f6f6c7331323334","\x6f0561702db407a325634764f8030519")here's the result i got in ACS : 279432169de85d110dba9989df547b5fif i use the decrypt tools from those websites ( AES Encryption – Easily encrypt or decrypt strings or files , CyberChef ) , this decrypt to something that is wrong :K.½6¯dÒ¶.(.Ħò/If i use those website to encrypt, both answer are : 3e909d57ce667056636865781948c901(HEX format for all).ANyone ever step on that problem?(on a side note the decryptfunction: encry

Hi All,We have implemented the site through asynchronous call with adobe launch and recently noticed that the launch script take more time (500 to 900 ms) than usual while we checked from network tab. Please refer the attached screenshot for the reference.Understand this may vary based on each network and based on individuals network speed. At the very first time on the page it takes 500 to 900 ms and after it get cached and loads it normally between10 to 50 ms.I feel like I am missing some points to understand this behavior. What are other reason for taking more time to load the launch script at very time?Thank you,Jay.
