Hi, On our production servers, I see a huge no of SAML logins failing, redirecting the user to the error screen. From the logs, I can see the user node getting created, but while syncing the attributes there is some error. Hi, i am not able to see the value of x-dispatcher (used to see which dispatcher is serving request)parameter info in the response headers when i see chrome console, does any config exist to enable/disable it in dispatcher files?? Thanks,Shivam

SetupI am running an A/A test to QA our target A4T implementation. I am comparing in workspace a segment with hits to my activity and a segment with hits to the page the test was taking place on.ProblemVisits to my activity are larger than visits to my page slightly. I expect this because I understand that visits increment differently. However, when I compare these segments by visitor the page segment is about 4% higher than my test segment. Why is this? I'm not sure if there is a difference in how visitors are counted with a page hit segment vs. a test hit segment. Are there certain settings a user might have that excluded them from target but not analytics? I understand a slight difference but I do want to be able to explain why 4% of visitors would not be exposed to a test.

I am new to GTW and Marketo and wanted to know what is the best set up for inviting and registering attendees to a webinar? Is it via sending out emails from Marketo to register on a Marketo host form or via the GTW registration page which is created with the Webinar set up in GTW. Does anyone have a sample program/ or guide which I could review and flow as I want to be able to get our process nailed and start using the two systems as soon as possible.  many thanks in advance 

Hello all,   recently, we've heard a few people saying that our landing pages won't work anymore. In fact, they try to submit the form, the "Submit" - or "Register" - button appears to be doing something, but the follow-up page never shows up. Form data are transmitted correctly though.   This only happens for a small minority. I myself was never able to reproduce it. And it only occurred recently - like in the past month or so - and never before that.   Has anyone seen that too and knows anything about it?   Thanks!Michael

I'm a bit puzzled. I can't find anywhere to link the Mobile App being targeted to a push delivery template. This option doesn't appear in the template advanced configuration anywhere.The result of this is that every time one of my users creates a new push message from any push delivery template, they have to manually select the mobile app they're targeting from the dropdown.I'm sure I'm just missing something. It would be a really odd oversight to not have the functionality to configure this in a template.

I'm working with an app dev team who are capturing a preference flag called OptIn that is being pushing to Adobe Campaign Standard via collectPii.The developers want to be able to retrieve this flag so they can show the current status on a preference screen in app.I believe that they need to store locally on the device to do this. I pointed them towards using Profile to store this attribute locally and they have asked how data stored in the local Profile is kept secure?I can't find any detail in the document? Are these data encrypted? 

Can I segregate my AB test to Device specific, like Only Desktop?

I'm thinking through building a trigger campaign that would first wait 60 days then send an email but we'll need the lead to be able to qualify for the campaign each time and reset the 60 days.  So say someone is in the 60 day wait step but say on day 24 then re-qualifies  (matches the trigger again) will they re-enter the flow and day count start over? Or will it not re-trigger and enter them back into the flow since they are still in the flow on a wait step?

I have created an audience to equal a specific target-global-mbox  , these are member numbers that have a number of special criteria we are looking for. However, these member numbers update daily and we have to manually paste them into the audience. Is there a way to automate the process?  Thank you! 

Hey Everyone!   I'm sending a survey to a segment of our customer base. I don't want to contact them in a single email since we don't know what the response rate will be. I would like to split it into two email blasts. I'm having a hard time finding an efficient way to split the list as I don't seem to have any filters that help me do a good split.   Is there a way for me to limit the number of emails sent so I can do my second email blast later to contact the other half?   Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi everyone,   We're having an issue with our Marketo>GTW>SFDC integrations. I have a program built out to register contacts for a webinar. The webinar occurred yesterday. I can see in Marketo that there are a number of people showing up on the Program Overview as 'Attended' and a number showing up under 'No Show'. However, when I look at the campaign in SFDC, I only see the number of people who registered.   We were hoping to be able to point Sales to the SFDC campaign to call contacts who attended, without having to export a list from GTW.   Can someone help me understand where we went wrong?   Thanks so much!

We don’t want to VEC editor for this purpose since there are few conditions involved which we want to verify before we load the experience fragment on the page.

Hello everyone,I recently implemented AA tracking for our site. We already have GA tracking in place so over the past week, I've been monitoring the discrepancies in data on the two platforms to see if AA is tracking data accurately. For the most part AA tracking is in place. However, Firefox browser on Desktop is tracking much lesser visits compared to what I am seeing in GA. The discrepancy is almost 500% which obviously I can't ignore. Further deep dive suggests that particularly browser version 63 is showing the highest discrepancy. I tested the firefox 63 version on broswerstack and did some tests to see if the sessions are being recorded and if all tags are firing. I can confirm that all the tags are firing as expected and I was able to locate my session in AA. However, there are a lot more sessions that are not being recorded in AA based on the numbers I am seeing. Did anyone have any such issue during their implementation? Any ideas on how to tackle this problem? Thank you

I am using a static value in Query activity to filter the records and then again I use the same values in Split activity in the same workflow.  If in future those values changes, I don't want to go and modify in other activity so want to check if there is a common place holder for those kinds of values and I can use that in Query and split activity?I want to keep those values available in the same workflow only.

Hi All, Is it possible to use Data Extraction to generate multiple files? Javascript activity gives the input to DataExtraction and it generates a file. Now my requirement is - I want to generate different files based on values in a particular field sent by Javascript code.  Currently, I am generating a CSV file and If javascript is creating rows like thisName     Address     ------------------------ABC      Address1DEF      Address2XYZ      Address1 Is it possible for Data extraction to generate files likeAddress1.csv  (having records of address1)Address2.csv  (having records of address2) As of now, I get a single file with all the records, and the file name comes from the last record iterated.TEST2TEST3

I have an existing component that has clientlib with category "abc" (suppose). I added a validation for a dialog field and created this clientlib outside the folder of my component and the named the category as "xyz".I have added xyz in the category as well as the dependency of my component clientlib (abc), but still my js files doesn't load. Whereas, in the dialog of my component if I used 'granite include-clientlib' node and add category xyz in that node, then my js loads./apps-->clientlib(xyz)/apps-->mycomp-->clientlib(abc) 

Hi we have a situation where business wants to give an offer as a part of customer service discrepancy/ situation when arises. So they want to send an offer while the customer is in call with customer service team(near Realtime with in 5-10 minutes).The customer service team triggers this event in case required and then that routes to offer team which in turn routes to ACS for sending an offer.Here comes the need to have a confirmation to customer service center whether the customer received an offer email or not while they both are in call.CC/BCC feature will be so helpful in this scenario. I have seen many articles that this feature currently is not part of ACS. Is there any alternative approach we can follow here to make this confirmation?Appreciate your replies, Thanks in advance!
