Hello,   I'm just wondering if anybody else is experiencing issues with Marketo emails and HTML?   We use a third party HTML builder for emails, where you create your email and then export the code and upload it into the HTML of the Marketo email. I have been doing this for the past year and never once come across an issue - until today.   For some reason the HTML of the email is cutting off 2/3 of the way down the email when uploaded into Marketo, even though when I put the code into another software (VS code in my case) there's nothing actually wrong with the HTML and it displays perfectly.   When I try to 'approve and close' the email it comes up with an error message saying '</body> tag missing from HTML' and therefore won't let me approve the email. I've checked for the </body> tag and it is present.    I've tried to put the HTML in a new email, doesn't work, I've logged out and logged back in... still nothing. I'm thinking its a strange M

Hi -  I am trying to add a conditional join into a schema, where IF a field in the new schema = X, THEN join to Y table, ELSE join to Z table. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, do you have an example of the XML code that would be needed? Thanks!

Hello everyone,We would like to increase the retention period for broadcast and tracking logs from 6 months to 12 months. Before doing so, we would like to make sure that this will not impact the performance of Adobe Campaign. Are there any Marketo administrators using the product without integration to Salesforce, preferably  their own CRM?   I want to connect to admin who have used different scenarios of use for custom objects, custom activities, scoring, best use for firend creation, and interesting moments. We have used Marketo for a little over 3 years with our own custom built CRM. We've done a ton of great campaigns, but are always searching for new techniques to improve.   We know that a majority of users have SFDB but would like to connect with members who are not using the platform. I know that is a pretty broad question, however it would be helpful to connect to members who are unique for Q&A.   Thanks!

Scenario: we are wanting to have rich text appear on a form when certain generic domains are entered into the email address field.  The thinking is that it would discourage personal emails from being submitted without denying the submission altogether.  I am attempting to use the concept of visibility rules as outlined on this blog: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Blogs/In-Visibility-Rules-Contains-means-a-regular-expression-not-a/ba-p/242987   Here's a screenshot of how the visibility rules are set up:   The problem is that the form only recognizes the first listed value.  The rich text will not populate for any of the subsequent criteria.  I'm curious to know if this is even meant to work this way.  

we are trying to create a plugin in aem as a cloud. we are running into a issue where there is an asset which is available to all users but at one time can be processed by one user only. we are running into synchronicity issues where multiple users are able to process the same asset and plugin runs into issues. in aem on prem the synchronized key word could handle it but in cloud what what be the correct mechanism to handle this? so that only one user exclusively gets the lock of that assets and the other users get the information that the asset has already been locked? i.e we need synchronisation between pods to process an event only once

We have custom web forms on our site, and have been using the API to post leads to a Marketo form.We were using this endpoint which was working as of last week.  "/index.php/leadCapture/save"   Is there a new endpoint value that should be in place if this was deprecated?   Anthony       

We have an event that has multiple sessions. Each session has a specific login link. We don't want to send 8 different emails with each login link. Is there a way to use velocity scripting to do this? If so, is there a resource I can be pointed to for this?   Thanks!

Hi,I want to use the accordion component from core components but I don't want to nest it. The approach is that to create a policy that will not allow adding accordion to the accordion panels. I would like to add a possibility to add a container to the accordion panel but restrict this container to don't add an accordion component.Is it possible to handle that case with a suitable policy for this nested component or there is the different method?

I built a Click event rule in Launch for the "Form Submit" button. But this rule is firing even if you just click submit button even if the fields of the form are not entered. Any solution to that? I have also tested it by changing it to event type Form "Submit" and now nothing is coming in the debugger.

I need to fetch value of a checkbox which is present in multifield. There is another checkbox and both the checkboxes are having same granite:class. So I am unable to use granite:class to fetch the value of the checkbox. Hi All, I created a simple Angular component and mapped it an AEM Component. My AEM Component has an authoring dialog that has two multifields: textfield and pathbrowser.and exporting it into model.json which is used to render logic. In the SPA editor, I can update the authoring dialog fields for both multifield but the content not reflected in the page level. Why do multifield content not reflected in page level??

Due to some reason , we need to bring our few publisher down. Now when i am trying to bring those back it is having old data or stale data which was published before we brought them down. Can you please help me, how we can have the latest data on the publisher server. Also, how i can setup parallel author instance and move content from one server to other.

Hello Gurus, I am trying to decentralise Adobe Target development in an organisation - empowering all the squads/teams to work on AT rather than a single team holding the development for the full org. As part of it, we now have enough expertise in all the squads to develop, but we are facing an issue on the governance model. We do have a clear role based permission management setup, but what we are lacking is a collaboration model. We want other squads to be kept updated about the events in target. We were thinking of creating a chatOps model with slack/MS Teams where in we get notifications when an activity is activated/deactivated etc. I cannot find any OOTB ways to do it, can anyone share any ideas on how to expose the AT activity life cycle events to an external system

Is there a way to integrate Microsoft Teams with Analytics and/or Launch. So that upon a certain event (e.g. an order or an error page displayed) a Microsoft Teams message is being triggered.

Currently I'm able to create Analytics rules which trigger based on URL, and then push the appropriate data onto the Adobe data layer. I was going to have these rules fire as 1st priority, and then I could use that Data layer information for analytics tracking using subsequent rules. Is this bad practice? I've been unable to create working data elements for the data that gets pushed this way, but I'm still unsure if thats just user error, or because of something inherently wrong with the way I'm setting the data layer. The data is visible in the browser console, I just can't seem to get any Launch rules to meet a value comparison for data added this way. I am trying to avoid having the AEM Sites developers put the Data layer into the source code directly. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
