We have a setup with 3 sites (say n.com, r.com, s.com).  We use Akamai for caching which accesses our dispatchers by prefixing the domains with www-origin (for example Akamai accesses the dispatcher at www-origin.n.com to serve up www.n.com pages).  Recently, when launching the latest site we saw that links using the Externalizer were not producing the right links for the 3rd site, instead of links being s.com the links were being linked as www-origin.s.com. Our initial setup for /etc/map.prod.publish/https and /etc/map.prod.publish/http had entries for:www-origin.n.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/n)www-origin.r.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/r)www-origin-s.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/s)www.n.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/n)www.r.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/r)www.s.com (with sling:internalRedirect for /content/s) After some troubleshooting we found that sim

Hi, Not sure the image will come through clearly but trying the create a Previous Page Segment for one specific page (ideally would want a generic segment for any page but for now just 1 page) since our Previous Page implementation is 'broken'.   Logic used below: For given page:HIT SEGMENTin a visit PAGE <> ABC then within 1 PV PAGE = ABC (in sequence)ANDEXCLUDE HIT to PAGE = ABC (do not want page to show in list)ANDEXCLUDE VISIT where PAGE = ABC then within visit PAGE <> ABC (exclude visit level data for after PAGE ABC) (in sequence)   ThxAP

I have 3 separate emails I want to send to the same group of people (from same smart list). Each email has a different send schedule though - also, if a person replies to one of the first 2 emails, I would want to remove them from the list so that they would not receive successive emails.    What is the best way to set this up since there are (1) 3 different emails (simple content with CTA to reply to email), (2) have different send schedules; and (3) will mostly be sent to the same group of people?   Would cloning the Email Send program 3 times be best and just changing the email attached and editing the list and send date or would another Program work best?   Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hello, I am trying to submit forms from backend (REST API). But I am facing a weird behavior related to the field namings. When I access the "fields.json" endpoint for a specific form, one of the fields I receive is "Email":     { "id": "Email", "label": "E-mail Address", "dataType": "email", "validationMessage": "Must be valid email. <span class='mktoErrorDetail'>example@yourdomain.com</span>", "rowNumber": 0, "columnNumber": 0, "required": true, "formPrefill": true, "visibilityRules": { "ruleType": "alwaysShow" } }     But when I try to upsert a lead using the submitForm.json endpoint using the same specific form, I cannot update/insert the lead unless I use the "email" field, and not the "Email" field. This does not work (Field 'Email' not found in form definition):     { "input": [ { "leadFormFields": { "Email": "example@exampl

Hi All,We are using Bulk Import API to upload our csv files to Marketo. A strange thing we noticed, that while importing Date Time fields, we are seeing a 1 hour extra in the field value. We have set an offset value to -5 and this issue is intermittent, for some leads only. Some leads are imported fine with correct value for the same countries. Any suggestions what could be the issue? Thanks in Advance 🙂

I am trying to fetch the access token using the grant_type = client_credentials. But I am getting an error "invalid client". Can anyone help how to get the access token by using grant_type client_credentials. Do we need any permission to get the grant_type as client credentials?Below is the snippet which i am trying to hit the token usint Python.token_url = 'https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/token/v1' payload = {'grant_type': 'client_credentials'} response = requests.post(url=token_url, auth=(client_id,client_secret), data=payload) print(response.text) Please provide the solution to resolve it. Also, please let me know the validity of access_token once we generated.

Hello People,   I am New to Marketo and we are been switching our Hubspot to Marketo. I am looking forward for the ways to migrate  data/records of my CRM Salesforce to Marketo. We have CSV for Leads, Contacts, Accounts in Salesforce as well as I can export from it. How can I migrate that records to Marketo. I want leads, contacts, accounts to be their in Marketo in a isolated manner. Rightnow I can only see import people option. How marketo seperates leads, contacts, accounts!

On a project report, I included these columns:Last Note: Note TextLast Note: Entry Dateand it appears that Last Note: Owner ID is the person that entered the last noteCan I get to the name of the person that entered the last note, rather than their ID?

I am logged in as a resource manager in Supply Chain - she should see all projects/hours her team is on, but some projects don't show up because they are "inaccessible" - see screenshot. Is there a best practice way to set up projects in Workfront so resource managers always see the projects their team members are on (or at least just their tasks/task planned hours)? In this case, as sys admin, I can go in and see that the inaccessible project is a project led by a different department, where these Supply Chain members just have a couple of tasks in the project. Thank you!

A few years ago, someone asked for a better explanation of t_time_info within Analytics, ref, but the post doesn't have a thorough response other than mentioning that it comes from the web client (presumably Launch as versus processed web hits). One can see through Data Feeds, etc., that this value isn't set on all web hits, so the questions are as follows:Under what conditions does this value populate automatically? Can this value be set manually through Launch? If the setting of this value is arbitraty, like suggested by @gigazelle , why does it exist? Is it just a Satellite holdover?

At the time we rolled out Adobe Analytics for our company, we created a custom segment to filter out internal traffic. The way we did this was to identify the what we thought were the internal IP's in the company and then exclude those using an IP dimension we created. We recently made a change to this segment and noticed that excluding the additional IP addresses resulted in 1-10% decrease in our external traffic, which we kind of expected. Is there another way that we could have done in stead of using a segment? Is there anything out of the box that is available? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I consistently get errors on the scheduled refresh of reports utilize AA data (the credentials expire and I have to re-authenticate them every day) in powerbi. Is there a setting that might help with this?  Thank you in advanced.

Hi all, I've created a button component and given resourceType "core/wcm/components/form/button/v2/button". I have added dialog to my component because an extra field was supposed to be added (Path Browser). I need to get the path browser value given in dialog box in js file. How can I do that?

Hi All,I am trying some code to close my lifecycle form after the printing of the form.I am using the below script to close the form, but it is not working. Can someone help me on this.app.execMenuItem("Close")Thanks

Hello - I am extending the OOTB core component by adding it in our project, say,  /apps/site/ and using sling:resourceSuperType pointing it to the core component. I wanted to remove some of the dialog fields and modify the behavior of the default selection of the radio or checkbox selection. Let us say, If I remove the field from the custom dialog, it is still loading from the OOTB core component as we are pointing to the core component using sling:resourceSuperType. Is there any way to restrict the dialog property to load from the core component? I know we have the sling:hideProperties but not sure if this can be used to restrict my use case.

Hi all,   We have finally (finally!) set up Marketo landing pages with a useable subdomain, and I have built an unsubscribe form which sits on an unsubscribe landing page.   In my initial tests, the email address was pulling through when I clicked a link from a live email, but in recent tests it is not.   Questions: - what's the deal? - Does email prefill not work even if a lead clicks the link in an email and it goes to a MKTO landing page and MKTO form? - Can lead.email address token be used in a field in a form? (I'm also searching community forum for that answer) - Do I still need to add ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## to the end of the link?   Thanks, Lucas

Hi Community,   I've seen threads throughout the forums about identifying the First Activity for a lead but they all seemed to be either very specific to a particular program/campaign or for those who know the date/date frame they wish to search for.   While we can run filters on Latest Activity (Date only), there's no option to do so for First Activity - I'd like to identify that someone HAS a First Activity (and potentially narrow it down to things like website visit etc.). I created a custom field and automatically went for Date but realized that means I have to know when the activity happened. Any suggestions on the best way to find simply that there was a First Activity?   Appreciate any insight or suggestions! Michelle 🙂

Hi Guys, I am trying to connect Pega PRPC to AEM , There are connect REST already given by Pega so we can invoke them to call AEM getFile API. Now I created folder named marketing under Assets and published using Publish option (There are other folders like we-retail/WKND Events etc also there under this Assets). Other APIs like creating new folder/new file creation works fine but getFile function to read data from AEM is not working. I am thinking if it is an issue with permissions on folder or permissions on file under Folder marketing or is it an admin user access issue. Could you please help me out to understand the user management here and authorization of user - what they can do and what they cant and how ? i thought admin will have access to everything.

Hi Everyone,We just had a situation where a reviewer left a comment in a proof and then deleted it a few minutes later. The next day the proof was locked and the creative director received his email notification that a Final Decision was made in the proof. The body of the email shows all of the comments made in the proof, including the deleted comments. Why do deleted comments show up and how can we change it so they don't?Thanks!Linda Kaplan
