Need Advice on custom resource data personalise in delivery .

 Hi All, Can anyone help me on this,Data structure is as below. Profile <--> child (custom resource) <--> buddy (custom resource) Email is only in profile.There's field for name in child and field for name in buddy.One email can be linked to multiple children, and multiple children can be linked to multiple buddies.Is it possible for delivery to pick up all buddies' names for one email personalization? Best Regards,Sumit

Does Scheduler object automatically update with timezone change?

I have a user who has a workflow with a scheduler object that triggers at a specific time but when the timezone changed, the workflow did not trigger. Does the user have to update the workflow each time the timezone changes?

Uploading image is adding wrong height value

ACS + AA: Experience Cloud Triggers

Guys,I'm trying to replicate a scenario that we already have done in Adobe Campaign Classic using Experience Cloud Triggers. Maybe someone could give me some light, since I've been trying to make it work for days. Scenario:Client is using Adobe Campaign Standard + Adobe AnalyticsWe are levering the implementation on Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Cloud Triggers. Business Case:The client have an e-commerce and it relays on a internal customer id. This Id (hash) is generated by their system and we have this data on Adobe Campaign Standard (Profile extension field). Adobe Experience Cloud Trigger matches the criteria of the event and sends a custom AA dimension as the payload (prop4) with the internal customer id (hash) to ACS. On the ACS side, it needs to receive the trigger, do the reconciliation using the prop4 (internal customer id) with a ACS field and send the email. There is where I got a little lost.First of all, can I do the reconciliation as I'm

I want to link create one input form in adobe campaign classic having multiple schema association.

Hi ,I have a requirement to display data in a single form from multiple schema. Eg : Customer - > Policies - > Policy risks. Customer has multiple Policies and a Policy has multiple Policy Risks . The tables are linked . Customer and Policy with Customer id and Policy and Risk with Policy Id.I am able to display Customer and Policy but when I introduce Policy Risk in the same form it errors out.Can anyone help here?ThanksAnumol

Does anyone know a way to send e-mails using AMP Email and Campaign Standard?I just found ACC integration. 

Unable to receive test/proof emails in production site.

Hi, Test/proof email is unable to be proceed in production site? Also even if in staging site, I cannot receive test/proof email when I set advanced parameters. Could you please someone tell me the answer? thank you in advance!

Testing content with additional data used for personalisation

I'm creating an Email Delivery and to personalise content I'm using attributes from custom resources (using "Add data" tab in the Query). This is working fine however because the Test Profiles are not linked to any custom resources it is not possible to preview content with personalisation fields populated as well as send test message to test the personalisation fields and dynamic elements. I know that it's possible to preview the content for each recipient after the "prepare delivery" process however there should be a way to test the content before that?

Difference in click figures between Consolidated Tracking and Recipient Tracking Logs

I have extracted the figures for a single campaign from both of the above tables and was surprised to see that the Consolidated Tracking table is reporting click figures quite a lot higher than those found in the Recipient Tracking Log.Is there any reason why this is the case?

Direct mail export file with broadlog id

Hi Experts, I have a direct mail campaign in ACC. This is exporting data in a flat file with different data getting picked from the broadlog and data linked to the broadlog schema. In the file I am successfully able to export different fields of data linked to broadlog schema. But  I am failing to export the fields of the broadlog schema. Any field of broadlog itself is always getting exported with a value ´0´. Any suggestions, on how can I solve it. by the way, I have configured a service provider with service defined in it. The service has the extraction file mappings. I am also using the out of the box delivery template and routing external account for direct mail. Thanks,Ujjyal 

Input forms - visibleIf

Hi,I have an input form that includes a container that is optionally visible - something like:<container type="visibleGroup" visibleIf="[folder/@label]='test'"> <input .... /></container>When I create (and save) a new record the section remains hidden. If I change record, or hit refresh (F5) the section becomes visible.How would I ensure the section becomes visible when the record is saved without requiring the user torefresh manuallyThanks

Triggering an email in ACS through third party marketing platform

Hi All, I have a situation where I want a third party messaging automation platform connect with ACS and trigger sending an email through ACS. There exists connectors in the marketing platform and I am here to know more how to about doing it. Basically, we want to use another platform as the brain to send out messages across different channels. The contexts reside in the other platform but email functionality is through ACS. Any information related to this will be immensely helpful. Thanks

Not able to create target mapping for my custom schema

Hi,I have created one new schema(custom) in ACS instance and want to  use that as a source to trigger email/SMS. So i have tried to create target mapping for that new schema. But i am getting an error as below. Is it possible to create target mapping for new custom schemas in ACS? If No, do we have any other possibilities to achieve this?Or do i need to use profile schema as a source all the time for sending delivery? Please help me on this one. Thanks!!.

Import Custom E-mail Templates from S3 in Adobe Campaign Standard

Hello!   We've been looking for ways to maintain an external library with all the e-mail templates we use for Adobe Campaign Standard, using the Amazon S3. Ideally, whenever we update a file in S3, it would automatically update our template files inside ACS. Has anyone been able to do this?

Allow transfer of file without deleting sourceNew

The Transfer File step in a workflow can be configured to optionally delete a source file after transferring the file when the protocol is SFTP or Amazon S3.This option is not available when the protocol is "File(s) present on the Adobe Campaign server".If I am developing a new workflow or am troubleshooting an existing workflow, I may want to run the workflow on the same file several times. It is inconvenient to have to upload the file to the Campaign server each time I run the workflow because the Transfer File step automatically deletes the file.Please add a "Delete the source files after transfer" option for the "File(s) present on the Adobe Campaign server" protocol so that the workflow author can turn this option on and off as needed.

Fetching file with Transfer file

I have created a file testfile.csv into Campaign Standard server with "Extract file" activity. How should I set the path to file when trying to load it with "Transfer file" activity?I use action "File download". What should be filled into field with label "File path in the storage space (wildcards are accepted, e.g. *.csv, export?)" in addition to testfile.csv?Documentation tells me:"The path must be relative to the storage space directory of the Adobe Campaign server. Files are located in the sftp<yourinstancename>/ directory. You also cannot browse the directories above the storage space. For example:user<yourinstancename>/my_recipients.csv is correct. ../hello/my_recipients.csv is incorrect.//myserver/hello/myrecipients.csv is incorrect."but this is very unclear.BRMikko
