Need Advice on custom resource data personalise in delivery .

Hi All,

 

Can anyone help me on this,Data structure is as below.

 

Profile <--> child (custom resource) <--> buddy (custom resource)

 

Email is only in profile.

There's field for name in child and field for name in buddy.

One email can be linked to multiple children, and multiple children can be linked to multiple buddies.

Is it possible for delivery to pick up all buddies' names for one email personalization?

Hi All,

 

Issue is resolved, after used enrichment correctly.

 

linked Profile and child -  buddy relationships with collection (3) in enrichment activity.

You could use a workflow and then an enrichment.

This could have a rference to buddy with type = buddy and you could set to e.g. fetch up to 10 records.

Though duplicate names you may have tomfilter with another enrichment afterwards.
