Moving file from SFTP to S3

HI

I am using Adobe Campaign Classic v6.7. I am trying to move a file from sftp to s3. It is moving normally except the empty files i.e the files whose size is zero.

It generates the following error:

     CRL-290162 AWS Error 400 while requesting to upload the query

     CRL-290003 Upload error in cURL

This currently appears to be a product limitation. Please create a ticket with Adobe Support so that it can be reported to Engineering as an Enhancement.

Hi Rahul,

I'm currently not aware of this limitation but the issue can easily be avoided.

Is there a specific need to upload empty files? If not, just add a Test activity before File extraction and check if vars.recCount > 0.

If it is true then only extract the file and more for File upload, otherwise end the workflow.

When we are uploading through workflow in S3 bucket, But it is showing the below error :

     CRL-290162 AWS Error 400 while requesting to upload the query.

kindly respond on it.

 

we are using adobe  console 7.0
