Is there a way to send a text version of emails to contacts who request them in Campaign Standard?

Hello David,
As long as you create a text version of your delivery, the only other thing required would be to ensure that the email format preference field on the profile record is set to Text.
From there that particular recipient should receive Text emails by default.
