Hi team, I have been having some trying to get a piece of javascript working within the HTML section of the email editor in ACS. I am trying to test transactional messaging (sending an email by SOAP request) to no avail.What i did:- created a template, type (called "t3") according to the steps in the documentation file "message-center-v6.1-en.pdf".- Created the event "t3"- published the template- sending a proof worked perfectlyThen i created send SOAP message to the server with "Boomerang SOAP & REST client". This worked after using the content of a cookie "__sessiontoken" as "sessionToken".Request looks like this.l got back a response with HTTP code 200 (success) with this content:In the event history of the message center i see the event (see screenshot), but it is marked as "Event not covered" and no email is sent.I do not see any entry in any logfile i searched on the server for this event.Apparently the server cannot associate the request (type="t3") with the template for some reason. Hi all,I want to fetch AEM assets from my AEMaaCS instance into my Adobe Campaign Standard Instance on the same environment. I cannot find any documentation or steps to do the same.I see that we have option to add Images from Asset Core Service and Adobe Target into my mail via mail designer. Can I leverage above integrations to somehow fetch and use the images in my AEM assets into my ACS instance emails?Please mention if you have achieved the above use case ( in whichever way ) ,also please mention if any documentation/blog might help my scenario. <Image Authoring Toolbar in ACS mail designer> Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am really new to ACS and like to seek the experts' advice on this situation. I created a flow to ingest some data and save in an audience list as 'Create a unique audience' but I would like to continue running this flow to add on data into the list. I have used the selection 'Update an existing audience' paired with the option 'Complete audience with new data'. However, with this setup, it will insert emails addresses that has been added in the previous round. Is there a setup that can allow me to only add new entries of the data into the list?

when trying an API call for one of our ACS instance it returns following error. nPGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: connection to server at \"abc-mkt-stage4.chqkifxvjhq8.us-west-2.rds.amazonaws.com\" (xx.xx.xxx.xxx), port 5432 failed: FATAL:  remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections\ can someone let me know what this error means and how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hi,I am exporting failed deliveries so we can clean our database. When I export the field 'failureMsg' (from targeting dimension) this containes carriage return line feeds that create unwanted new lines in my file. Is there a way to replace them for spaces?

When I send an email, all emails are rendered correct except MS 365 Parallel on a mac. It is causing an odd duplication of the CTA buttons throughout the email - see image below. Is there an easy way to fix this at the universal level? I did some research, and I could add a CSS but that would be a lot of work every time I want to use a CTA button. Hi I've been trying to find the solution of this error when executing worlflow.I use activities only [load file]→[Send the email] just for testing purpose.   <error message>The schema for profiles specified in the transition ('') is not compatible with the schema defined in the delivery template ('nms:recipient'). They should be identical.

Hi Guys,I would like to connect an external SFTP account with key based authentication(i.e SSH key) to Adobe campaign standard. But I am not getting that option when I try creating an external account for SFTP in ACS, I am only getting the Option for Username and Password. I cannot see a setting to  add the SSH key in the external account. Thank you.

Hi!We have been doing tests in one of our dummy apps (that already worked before) but right now android users are not receiving pushes.ACS has been receiving the tokens, it does send the pushes, and we are not getting any deny list logs. all the logs say the pushes were sent, but users don't get them (only iOS ones).As a test, we tried to send the pushes directly from firebase, and in this case, they do receive it.Wondering if there is any setting on Campaign we have been missing or what can be wrong.

Hello, I using a client's Campaign Standard. It runs extremely slow especially when trying query profiles, preview queries, searching for a specific profile and even running workflow. Literally, as I write this it is taking over 5 min for the "targeting" to come up in a query I am trying to edit. Is there anything I should or could do on my workstation side to speed up performance?

Hello,There is a scenario where there are 2 files running in the workflow to get records updated.Now, what happens is after the file load one by one ,reaching the update file activity and completes the workflow for file data update.The main issue got at the UPDATE file activity is when checked the logs is there were 3update records for 2 files as:Date                             ActivityName                                           Messageddmmyyyy                      Writer1                                              [10/10]record(s) processed (Step 'Update data')ddmmyyyy                 

I'm looking for information on how to mask recipient profile data in Campaign Standard.  We need to be able to query attributes in each profile of the entire the population for sizing counts but should not be able to see any data (preferable) or certain fields (if cannot mask all recipient data). Has anyone successfully masked their recipient profile data in Campaign Standard?

Hello Folks,Hope you're doing great!I have a question where whenever template/page content is changed in AEM, we have to come to Adobe Campaign Delivery activity -> Click on Refresh Content or De-Sync existing template and sync new template.Let's assume template remains same and only content changes. In that case we will click on "REFRESH CONTENT" option available there but it requires an manual intervention everytime . So is there any way that it can be automated like whenever there is a content change, it will be published in AEM. Campaign Workflow will be made to automate and should automatically get updated content (without any refresh hit) before sending out email. Is it possible? ACS will not save my conditional expressions. I have created a newsletter email that each structure (article + image) has various dynamic conditions that will decide whether to display that structure based on profile data. For profiles that will not see a specific article/image (structure), I want to remove the extra spaces in the email. I created a condition using an expression if met should remove the structure so there are no extra spaces or placeholders in the final email delivery. However, it will not save. I click accept and save but the conditional express isn't saved properly. I was getting an error that was along the lines of "error with saving your thumbnails". Note, the system runs extremely slow. Why will my conditional expression not save but if I used the out of box simplified conditions it does save? Is this a system, config or user issue? Thank you! 

I'm trying to display the bracket character around text in a header. I can add the character in the email editor (top pic), but it won't show up in the email itself, preview or when sent. I tried adding the html character into the html editor (second pic), but it still won't show in the email. I don't know what else to do? Third pic is how it shows in preview. My onsite tech support is also out of ideas. Help?
