Campaign Standard

I know that link tracking is normal in Adobe Campaign Classic ... how can I accomplish the same in Adobe Campaign Standard? I can't seem to find anything similar in the documentation. 

Hi,I'm encountering an issue when generating a report in Adobe Campaign Standard. Whenever I include a text block in the report and use the "Send Report Now" or scheduled function, I do not receive a PDF. However, if I remove the text block, the PDF is generated and sent correctly.Is this a known bug? Are there any solutions or workarounds to resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi ,We are working on a cart abandonment use case and need to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard. The data we are utilizing has been attached, with SKU 1 representing the first product in the cart. Each product has a corresponding product ID listed and later we join product master schema that has all the product related specification. As observed from the data, SKU 1, SKU 2, and SKU 3 are presented row-wise rather than column-wise. Could someone assist in determining the best approach for creating this workflow? Regards,Saurabh Tawde

Hey, I'm very new to Campaign. I'm trying to hide a panel if the data that comes through matches a previous panel or the next panel. Essentially like this<% if (targetData.Recent2Name == 'targetData.Recent1Name ' || targetData.Recent2Name == ' targetData.Recent3Name ') { %>       Don't show  panel<% } else {%>        Show panel<%} %>I know the above won't work but I was wondering if there's a way to sort this so the Recent1Name and Recent3Name are referenced correctly?Thanks

Hi everybody!We have an email template on ACS that worked without an issue until recently. We noticed the images were not loading on the new Outlook version or Outlook Web, but it was okay for Gmail and other boxes.Our agency partner informed us that it was because the images we were using were HTTP and not HTTPS. We corrected this and the images are loading, but now we are facing some white lines around the images for Outlook and Gmail.How can we correct that?darkmode & regular:thanks in advance 

Hello,I am building a platform that integrates with different DSP's Adobe Campaign Manager being one of them. I have troubles finding out what type of integrations (or related information) I can do with Adobe Campaign Manager. Are there any docs available with exposed API's I can integrate with? For example I would like to build the segment or audiences inside our platforms, and push it to Adobe Campaign Manger, but I cannot find any information if that is posibile .TLDR: I am looking for what API's are exposed by AdobeCampaignManager in order to see how I can use them.Thanks!

Is there a integration between Campaign and Marketo? Can they work together or they compete with each other?  I'm planning to work on these two and wanted to see if we can leverage both?

Hi all, I think hard bounces are automatically excluded in email deliveries. However, I would like to exclude them in my query beforehand. Is there an easy way to do that in a workflow? Until now I used the exlusion logs. But when the email address of a profile changes, the profile is still excluded. So I  have to compare the email address that bounced with the email address of the profile. Thanks,Lara Vlasblom

hi, i´ve run into a tricky issue, on a subscirption service i have associated a landing page for subscription and unsubscription, when the unsub link is inserted in an email pointing to this service i would expect to be directed to that specific landing page, which happens ok (url is correct, unsub cta is for the correct service etc), but the html is from a totally different unsubscription page. Testing the landing page with a profile delivers the expected results. And access from public url is also OK. But as soon as i link the service from unsub link in email i get to this landing page that has the correct url and service linked, but with different html layout, any ideas why this is happening? is there some caching invalidation job that has failed or something?   

These segments are of no use to me. Is there a way to create my own here based on delivery logs (Label, Date sent etc.)? 

Hi all, When I go to see inside the tool to see how many users are subscribed to a service I find a quantity of 12,000,000 but if I execute a query with  the service following the next structure Subscriptions exists  such as ID is equal to "NAME OF SERVICE" I get 11,986,093. What could be the reason of the lost of several users when executing the query? Thanks for your help. Kind regards, 

Hi everyone,When I try to see the html rendering from delivery which has been already sent to the customer. It is displaying "server ip could not be found" in adobe campaign standard.The steps i tried to see the url:Opened the delivery which already sent to the customer - clicked on the three dots to see the logs data - select sending logs - filtered the status as "sent" and reason for failure is "not defined" or reason is "sent". Then selected one of the email address and clicked on edit option by selecting three dots. Mirror page is not showing any email renderings. Can someone please on how to view email renderings for the customer who have already received email. Kindly provide any other steps to view the results.  Thanks indeed

Hi, good morningI am designing a Transactional Email and I need Dynamic Content to modify its display based on a Field ( called 'Price' ) defined within a Collection ( called 'Promo' ).When I try to locate 'Price' from Dynamic Content, I can't find it, not even through the search engine. I also try to create the following condition through the code:context.rtEvent.ctx.Promo.Price === '0'It doesn't work for me either. I save it but when I send the email with 'Price=0' it continues to send the 'Default' display ( it's as if I didn't understand the instruction ).My question is if it is possible to access the fields of a Collection from the Dynamic Content to create conditions in Transactional Emails or it only allows access up to the "Context-Transactional Event-Event Context" route.Thank you so much for your attentionAll the bestFrom 'Product Listing' I have access to the Collections without problem and I see all its fields

Hi Community, I am having problems to make In-App notification sendings, I have all the configurations done both from the mobile app and ACS, following the Adobe Campaign documentation. When I make an In-App sending the result is all correct, but the notification is not received on the device.  Comparing the In-App delivery with the push delivery (works correctly) I can see a difference in the delivery address of the notification, in push notifications (the notification is received on the device) as delivery address is used "Registration token", on the other hand, in the case of In-App notifications is used "Experience Cloud ID", I think this is the error.Device data registered in the application: Push notification In-App MessagingCould you please help me to know how do I change the delivery address in In-App notifications? Or in case you know what the problem is, how to fix it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello!About 20 days ago, I updated the Push Channel Settings (Android and iOS credentials). On the same screen where I did this update (Administration -> Channels -> Mobile app (AEP SDK)), I noticed an alert about the expiration of the iOS Certificate (PEM). Until last week, the option to update this iOS Certificate (PEM) was visible, but today when I tried to do the process again, that option was no longer available.So, from what I understand, updating the credentials (both plataforms) as I did 20 days ago changed the process to token-based instead of certificate-based, right? Therefore, do I no longer need to worry about this iOS PEM certificate? ? Can I rest assured that the service will continue to function correctly?

I am trying to test transactional messaging (sending an email by SOAP request) to no avail.What i did:- created a template, type (called "t3") according to the steps in the documentation file "message-center-v6.1-en.pdf".- Created the event "t3"- published the template- sending a proof worked perfectlyThen i created send SOAP message to the server with "Boomerang SOAP & REST client". This worked after using the content of a cookie "__sessiontoken" as "sessionToken".Request looks like this.l got back a response with HTTP code 200 (success) with this content:In the event history of the message center i see the event (see screenshot), but it is marked as "Event not covered" and no email is sent.I do not see any entry in any logfile i searched on the server for this event.Apparently the server cannot associate the request (type="t3") with the template for some reason. Hi, I am really new to ACS and like to seek the experts' advice on this situation. I created a flow to ingest some data and save in an audience list as 'Create a unique audience' but I would like to continue running this flow to add on data into the list. I have used the selection 'Update an existing audience' paired with the option 'Complete audience with new data'. However, with this setup, it will insert emails addresses that has been added in the previous round. Is there a setup that can allow me to only add new entries of the data into the list?
