Campaign Standard

I have tried several ways, but can't find a proper configuration.Idea is to insert orders and update the order status afterwards by the order id.Does anyone know how to configure it properly?

Hi, We are creating a workflow and need to use a reconciliation node between a temporary table and a field of a resource. The problem we have is that in the resource field we need to take only the first 15 characters and the reconciliation node does not allow us to use functions, only the fields directly, how can we do it? Thanks Luis

Is there a way to upload and use a custom font in Adobe Campaign? I would require this font to be available in the Font Family dropdown from the editor. What is the ideal approach of using a custom font in Campign?

Hi everybody! So far, we are only sending push notifications based on segments we send to ACS via midware (Blob storage, sFTP, etc.). However, we realize that those pushes are not sent in real-time.Our architects are now designing how our transactional push notifications will be sent and we are afraid that the user won´t receive them in real time. For instance, the user will receive a push right after making a payment (timing here is super important). They are designing it using mulesoft/API. Is there any chance that the push notification won´t be delivered in real-time by setting up transactional communication via API?thanks in advance

Hello Everyone, I have a question that requires a quick resolution. I've been tasked with delivering a campaign to a large audience of approximately 300,000, followed by another campaign to a separate audience of about 300,000, with the requirement to exclude those targeted in the first dispatch. I have a 5-hour window between executing the first and second campaign. Given that this is a special occasion greeting EDM, both campaigns must be sent on the same day, with a maximum gap of 5 hours. Do you think it's feasible to execute both dispatches within this timeframe? Will Adobe be able to identify the delivery codes and exclude the first set of recipients accurately? Are there any best practices advising against this approach? This is an urgent client request, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi!is it possible to export tokens collected by ACS to another system/midware? We are considering not using ACS for transactional push because we need them to be real-time, and using it only for marketing purposes. But we need to send the tokens to our CDP or other systems. is it possible to do it without using workflows/files? Maybe through SDK/API?Thanks in advance

We have a case to activate different workflows based on weather. It doesn't have to be real-time, for instance, create a rule that if the next day's weather forecast is for the temperature to drop below 15c (60F), activate the push workflow X for all the segments based there. Or if the forecast is for the temperature to be above 90F tomorrow/next few days, active workflow from segment Y.I found this documentation here about using external API in workflows, would this work for the case above? How can the trigger (weather rule) be created?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/managing-processes-and-data/data-management-activities/external-api-activity.html?lang=enWe are using ACS!Thanks in advance!

When using the External Api activity in the Workflow I am getting the following XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'select' of path '' (document with schema 'dataTransferStep') error. This was working fine until a couple of days ago.Can someone help me with this?

What is Automatic Primary Key in Custom resource,  campaign Standard ?

Hello, I am sending out a newsletter email using ACS. The email uses dynamic conditions for the Header and Footer, but the articles are variable based on the structure level using Conditional Visibility settings.  Each article has at least one CTA that is a URL link. Just sent to 1.6K successfully. In the send delivery dashboard, when I click on hot clicks report, it displays only the header and footer. None of the articles and so there is no way to see the hot clicks per article. I created a report based on Tracked URL and URL labels that shows there is data track with about a 17% CTR. How do I get the Hot Click report to display correctly for this delivery? Note, one earlier tests, it did display correctly.

Hi all,  I've noticed that the default click-through rate (CTR) reporting in Adobe Campaign Standard seems to calculate CTR based on the total number of recipients rather than the number of opens. Has anyone else experienced this, or could it be a setup issue on our end? I think it should be named Click Rate and not Click Through Rate.

Hi Team,We are giving access rights to our team and need understanding of product profiles and organization units associated to product profile, need appropriate documentation for same.Regards

Hello, I've been trying for some time to get dynamic content into the email subject. I would like to send one subject or another based on what the user does from a single email. That is why I put the dynamic content in the subject of the email. I have previously used dynamic content within the email itself with success, but with the subject the text is not changing despite having entered the conditions. If anyone knows how to solve it, it would be a great help. Thank you so much

Using ACS, a number of our testers (clients) are receiving emails that render incorrectly and look distorted. They are all in the same company w/ Outlook. However, when I test it, use my personal outlook as well as gmail, it looks fine. How do I fix?

Hi, we are looking into using media query in our HTML emails so our logo will work for both devices with dark mode and regular ones. The idea is to use our logo in SVG format. Whenever the app uses dark mode, the color of the word/font will change to white.just an example:  (prefers-color-scheme: dark) { .darkmode { background-color: #111111 !important; } .darkmode h1, .darkmode p, .darkmode span, .darkmode a { color: #ffffff !important; } .dark-logo { display:block !important; width: auto !important; overflow: visible !important; float: none !important; max-height:inherit !important; max-width:inherit !important; line-height: auto !important; margin-top:0px !important; visibility:inherit !important; } .light-logo { display:none; display:none !important; } However, we are not able to upload SVG on ACS. We have found previous posts about this here but without a specific answer. is it possible to use SVG on Campaign Standard?cheersPS: We already tried inserting

Hi,Currently SMS Opt-Out only add mobile to the Address Deny list, which isn't picked up in the individual Profile records and missed on Profile output processes. I've got a Workflow that queries the Address Resource, Reconciles to Profile records with matching mobile number and a Update node to update the "No longer contact by SMS" checkbox in that profile. But I'm having a hard time having the update node to actually update that check box.  How do I get the "Fields to update" to actually update that checkbox?Current logic:Unsure of the 'mark' checkbox syntax or something missing. Thanks in advance.

Release 24.2 - 2024 Summer Release Check out the improvements, issues fixed, and other changes that are part of this release here: Release 24.1 - 2024 Winter Release Improvements Migration to OAuth Server-to-Server credential: Starting this version, with the Service Account (JWT) credential being deprecated by Adobe, Campaign outbound integrations with Adobe solutions and apps now rely on OAuth Server-to-Server credential. Adobe will perform the JWT to OAuth migration for your outbound integrations, such as Campaign-Analytics integration or Experience Cloud Triggers integration. If you have implemented inbound integrations with Campaign, and if you are using Campaign APIs, you must migrate your Technical Account. Existing Service Account (JWT) credentials will stop working on January 27, 2025.   Detailed information about this release is available in the Release Notes   If you have any questions related to this release, please feel free to po

I know that link tracking is normal in Adobe Campaign Classic ... how can I accomplish the same in Adobe Campaign Standard? I can't seem to find anything similar in the documentation.

Hi,I'm encountering an issue when generating a report in Adobe Campaign Standard. Whenever I include a text block in the report and use the "Send Report Now" or scheduled function, I do not receive a PDF. However, if I remove the text block, the PDF is generated and sent correctly. Is this a known bug? Are there any solutions or workarounds to resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi ,We are working on a cart abandonment use case and need to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard. The data we are utilizing has been attached, with SKU 1 representing the first product in the cart. Each product has a corresponding product ID listed and later we join product master schema that has all the product related specification. As observed from the data, SKU 1, SKU 2, and SKU 3 are presented row-wise rather than column-wise. Could someone assist in determining the best approach for creating this workflow? Regards,Saurabh Tawde

Hey, I'm very new to Campaign. I'm trying to hide a panel if the data that comes through matches a previous panel or the next panel. Essentially like this<% if (targetData.Recent2Name == 'targetData.Recent1Name ' || targetData.Recent2Name == ' targetData.Recent3Name ') { %>       Don't show  panel<% } else {%>        Show panel<%} %>I know the above won't work but I was wondering if there's a way to sort this so the Recent1Name and Recent3Name are referenced correctly? Thanks

Hi everybody! We have an email template on ACS that worked without an issue until recently. We noticed the images were not loading on the new Outlook version or Outlook Web, but it was okay for Gmail and other boxes. Our agency partner informed us that it was because the images we were using were HTTP and not HTTPS. We corrected this and the images are loading, but now we are facing some white lines around the images for Outlook and Gmail. How can we correct that?darkmode & regular:thanks in advance

Hello,I am building a platform that integrates with different DSP's Adobe Campaign Manager being one of them. I have troubles finding out what type of integrations (or related information) I can do with Adobe Campaign Manager. Are there any docs available with exposed API's I can integrate with? For example I would like to build the segment or audiences inside our platforms, and push it to Adobe Campaign Manger, but I cannot find any information if that is posibile .TLDR: I am looking for what API's are exposed by AdobeCampaignManager in order to see how I can use them. Thanks!
