Hi, I wanted to create a target mapping with the profile targeting dimension but changing the default addresses. In particular I want to change the address uses for the Postal Address to use the @phone field. I tried testing this change with a direct mail delivery but for some reason the address in the broadlog is empty instead of using the phone as specified. How can this be solved? Thanks 

I need to use a proper function to change the case of any field to proper (first letter capital rest small, but acs is not taking this function what can be done?

I want to check if a special character is there in a 'name' string or not, thought of using some regular contain function, but dont see any thing similar to that in ACS. any thoughts?

HiI am learning the schema of Adobe Campaign V7 . I find the dbEnum keyword in the neo:recipient as the follow.    <!-- Attribute: Preferred Channel -->    <attribute dbEnum="channel" desc="Preferred communication channel" label="Preferred channel"               length="15" name="preferredChannel" sqlname="sPreferredChannel" type="string"/>And I chekc the guide of dbEnum :dbEnum (string): receives the internal name of a "closed" enumeration. The enumeration values must be defined in the <srcSchema>.My question is:(1) I can not find the define of dbEnum="channel"  in the schema. Where it was defined?(2) How could I extends value for the enumeration  dbEnum="channel" ?Best regards.

I'm having a couple of problems when creating subscription landing pages. CheckboxesI have a checkbox for people to opt-in, which when checked it saves as 'yes' in the boolean field in our database. But if they leave it unchecked it saves it as 'no' - overwriting what is already there. I don't want the box being unchecked to act as an opt-out. Is there a way for unchecked boxes not to overwrite what's there?  First Name/Last Name fieldsThe same thing is happening with these fields. If these fields are left blank, they will overwrite what is already in the database - even if there was previously a name in those fields. I only want them to update the database if those fields are filled in and not left blank.We have a lot of landing pages/widgets, which all share certain fields and I don't want us to lose data if they don't fill in a field on one of them. ThanksMichael

Hello, We're implementing transactional messaging in ACS, and have just set up the JWT Authentication in Adobe I/O. The way the encryption happens for the JWT seems strange to me, and I was wondering if anyone could help clarify this? In any other 'normal' instances, like let's say an encrypted PGP file sent from a client to ACC, it is the client (the sender) who encrypts the file using a public key, and ACC (the recipient) who decrypts it using its private key. With the Adobe I/O JWT exchange, it is the opposite : the client needs to encrypt it with a private key, and Adobe decrypts it with a public key. So we need to ask the client to generate a key pair and send us the public key, which is kind of strange. My client was asking about this behaviour, and I couldn't answer because it seems like the wrong logic to me too. Can someone shed some light on this please? Hello, I'm looking to do a follow up email which I understand the steps to do that by changing the resource from profile to the email that I want to follow up. However, I'd like to exclude a certain population from the final send. The group that I'd like to exclude is a query that targets data from the profile. How would I go about doing this?I set up the workflow with the query that uses the email as the resource, and then set up another query to get the population for exclusion - but obviously if I leave it the way it is, I'm then targeting two different event types, and get the error: The document types of inbound events ('head:EVTwelcome' and 'head:profile') are incompatible. Unable to perform the operation. I need to keep the events to target the email in order to do a follow up email, so essentially, how would I go about excluding the second query's population from the end target? Thanks

Dear All, I created a workflow where query activity retrieves IDs passed to an External signal activity. My question is I am unable to parse the IDs relevant to query criteria. Below is the syntax of the query condition @2175539in ($(vars/@ids)) what I am passing in external activity is  id = "id1','id2" $(vars/@ids) gets parsed to 'id1\',\'id2' I know that it is escaping single quotes with a backward slash, which I wanted to avoid, and also I tried to use replace function of ACS which was not working as expected, below is the syntax for the same. Replace($(vars/@ids),'\\','') I am expecting the following desired output. $(vars/@ids) = 'id1','id2' which would fit perfectly in my query criteris i. e  @2175539 in ('id1',id2') Any insights would be really helpful.

Hello Adobe community, I am reaching out to ask for some help regarding the ACS activation process with the Adobe Deliverability team. I am working through the subdomain and SSL certificates in control panel and my question specifically is how can I contact the Deliverability Team to trigger the subsequent steps? Based on the information I received after the instance provisioning step is that Adobe needs to run the IP affinity process on their end and also provide assistance with the IP warming plan. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide. Micha

I am trying to help a client set up tracking that will involve dynamically inserting parameters for Campaign Name and SHA-256 hashed email address. Other ESPs offer macros/personalization strings that can easily accomplish this (e.g. Salesforce has a SHA256 hashing macro that will perform the hash just-in-time without needing the email address to be pre-hashed). What's the best way to accomplish dynamic tracking parameters like this in Campaign Standard? Thanks!

Hello,I noticed that the links to our preference center and unsubscribe landing page (LP) links are only working when we send a live email to our internal team as a test, but not when I send a test version of the email. Is there a way to turn those on so that the LP links work for tests, too? Thanks so much in advance. Terri

Hello,  I'm trying to create a new delivery with currency format like 1.000,00, but the thousand sepator never appears in the e-mail. I tried to use a calculate field with Adobe Campaign expressions, but there doesn't exists a formula like formatDate for example. After, I tried to use js direct in HTML of delivery, but it didn't work too. Could you help me please? How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance,Gabriel

Hi, Users assigned to Child org unit can not delete the profiles assigned to parent unit in the UI delete option. This is working as expected. However, same Users assigned to Child org unit can DELETE the profiles assigned to parent unit by running the Workflow. Is this a product bug?

Hi, In ACS,  a User mapped to Child org unit can NOT delete a profile assigned to Parent unit in the UI. This makes sense. However, the same user can delete this using the Workflow. Can someone explain this strange behavior? It looks like a product bug.
