Hi, I am  new to this space and I have doubts about how to use this platform for using the campaigns I want to set up and manage.I tried to find a way out by referring to the documents but it wasn't much useful. Could someone please help?

Hello all, Is it possible to filter by the Event context(ctx) of the real time transactional message? Because in preview we can see the event context of each message when we filter by any other data. Filtering dimension - Real time transactional event But this context is missing in Filtering criteria  Best regards,Aleks

I created an email campaign on ACS with A/B subject lines where it'll send the test for 10% of the audience for each variant then send the remaining 90% to the winning variant based on open rate. For some reason, Adobe keeps selecting the losing variant as a winner and sends the remaining to it. Any idea what may be the cause behind this?  

Hi,While using the 'Profile' custom resource and its Send Log extension feature we see a pop up 'Adding fields may affect Performance'. We would like to know details about this so that we can decide how we can use it for our purpose.Is there any guidance on how many fields we can add comfortably without affecting performance?If we plan to use just for Delivery Log extension and not use in Dynamic Reporting, will it still affect the performance?When you say it affects the performance, can you elaborate, which performance it will impact?

Hello guys, I am trying to fetch Profile information by using id and I am getting this error BAS-010040 Cannot convert 'byuserUUIDOrg' (type text) to integer (32 bit) type (bAS-010011 Invalid value).Where userUUIDOrg is the custom filter build on userUUID custom text field.Any idea? 

Hi, I am trying to encode a string with base64 within a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard. Does this work, and if: how? ToBase64(Customer_Information) returns data of customer_information field, but it's not base64 encoded..  

How are folks maintaining their campaigns, workflows, and schema changes? I found this project (https://github.com/cumpstey/campaign-sync) and I'm wondering if there is anything else out there. I'm hoping to find an easy/seamless way to integrate edits done in Campaign with TFS version file management and version control. This will provide project level management and release of Campaign projects. Thanks!

Hello all,I have a question according to transactional messaging publication process.We can suspend publishing our transactional message by using the Pause button. The events are therefore no longer processed, but instead kept in a queue in the Adobe Campaign database.Is it possible to delete one of the events from this queue? Or somehow to update the data?   Thank you in advance, Alex

Hey everyone!  Just reaching out with a tracking logs question.  I am wanting to target profiles who have opened at least 2 deliveries during their lifetime in ACS. I can easily segment out profiles who have at least one existing tracking log with the type set to Open, but how do I query those who have 2 open actions?  I understand that each profile has a running record of engagements and any documentation that can help me navigate these waters is much appreciated.  Best,  -Chris

Hi there, I have a requirement where I regularly need to query profiles that have bought 1 of a range of products (SKUs) Our data model has the following setup:Profile (1) --> (n) Orders (1) --> (n) Order Items There is "Product ID / SKU" column on the Order Items table. I need to build a filter that returns profiles that have an order that contains at least 1 of the product codes (SKUs). The screenshot below seems to be the way that it can be done. However, having to drag in "product code" attribute and configure an "OR" for each SKU is way too time consuming when I need to do this for many SKUs and build many similar filters. Can anyone propose a solution?* Is there a way of writing "is included in" expression and pasting a range of comma seperated SKUs like in Adobe Campaign Classic?* FYI - I was looking to build a parameterised filter on the profile custom resource, but this doesn't seem to be possible when using data from a table more than 1 lin

Hi Experts,  I am trying to unsubscribe a user from service in ACS using Adobe IO API.Now, it is done via a delete method, able to unsubscribe but I want to set the origin field to identify from which source they got subscribed. Could not find anything in documentation, tried passing {"origin":"sourcetest"} in body of delete method but did not work. Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.RegardsSumit

I am following this documentation in order to do an integration from Campaign Standard to Audience Manager.When I get to Step 3: Configure Campaign Tracking server is not very clear to me what should be performed. Technically the base configuration was provisioned by Adobe when they provided the 2 instances that we have available. Should the tracking server be already registered as default?All the steps have been checked and performed, we are able to send audiences to AAM, however, these audiences are not populated in AAM and my perception is that Profiles are not reconciled with the Visitor ID. I am trying to define if this 3rd step is the cause for the Visitor ID not been reconciled with the Profile.The tests I have done so far are submitting transactional events through an API call and then "click" on a link on the email, expecting for this reconciliation to happen as described in the diagram of this page.When I call the transactional event API, I also create a profile with the emai

Hello, Do you know if we can use regex as part of the dynamic file path in the Transfer File activity in ACS? For example, i am trying to download this file in S3: xxxxxxxx_20210514_161807_20210515100023a.csvI want to use regular expression to say if the datestamp in the file name is 3 days ago ACS will download it. But I am struggling with how to get the regex syntax integrated as part of the file path? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Gigi
