Custom CSS and JS files stored for use in custom HTML code?

Hi, 

I want to know if I can store CSS and JS files in Adobe Campaign Standard, to use them in my custom HTML code, for example in landing pages, so that I can use them every time I need them by referencing them, without adding them inside the HTML code in each content creation.
