Hi,I got an error while trying to transfer a file through SFTP. The workflow was working fine, but it started throwing errors i.e. 0 file(s) transfer. But the files are available in the global space.As per the logs, it seems the file was picked up but failed to list the same.Can anyone please help with this?      

Hello!I was looking through profiles today and I noticed that some have notused in front of them. For example "notused.name@email.com".What does this mean?

I am running into an error on a workflow scheduled to run daily at a set time. It launched ok on the first day but has failed for the next 2 days. It seems to break at the point of the delivery.Error in the workflow is - DLV-490002 Cannot start a new analysis of the delivery since current state ('Finished') does not allow it.WKF-560038 Error when performing action 'Prepare and approve' on delivery 'DailyEmail1' (of primary key 27123713). Please refer to the log of this delivery for more information (object associated with the workflow task). any ideas?I found this article - https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/how-to-change-a-delivery-to-a-template-campaign.htmland have noticed if i go into the delivery it is now set to read only. So im not sure if this could be related? thanks

Hi community,I tried adding a simple expression : "acs id +10" in the advanced editing section, but it seems like expressions do not parse for acs id. Is that true ? Also is the ACS ID original linked to profile table or it is custom created ?

Hello Everyone, I want to send SMS to profiles in my ACS database with a bit.ly URL along with some content so that profiles can be redirected to some website that I choose with the SMS characters count within 160.However, when I enable the tracking in the SMS delivery to find out who clicked on the bit.ly link the characters count in the SMS content is increased drastically because the bit.ly URL is replaced by long tracking URL from ACS and it costs me 2 SMS per message or even more.I need support from anyone who can share some ideas how can I reduce the tracking URL size to fulfill my purpose or make the URL short like we get from a URL shorteners. ThanksMayank

Hi All, I am trying create the technical for data import in ACS, We have usecase to extract the rejected records from the incoming file.Below are the steps i just followed,1. Created sample file with 6 records2. Data load activity used to load the file from my local machine, Enabled the rejection option3. Connecting the rejection transition to extract file activity and defining the file structure4, Upload the file to s3 BucketHere i am facing the problem on point 3, I am able to see the reject counts but unable to populate the same via extract file activityGetting the below errorBelow is the workflowRejects:Extract File:Please let me know if anything i missed out to achieve this scenario

Hello everyone, We have been requested to generate files and export them to Google Cloud Storage. In the "Transfer File" node, there are the options of Azure or Amazon but not Google Cloud Storage. Do you know if it is possible to do it using "HTTP" option? Or if is there any other way of doing it?  Thanks

We have a relatively low delivery rate of 86,5% for one the recent campaigns (96 out of 710 have been blocked). Almost half of the undelivered emails have been rejected with the error message: 554 IP=a.b.c.d - A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for help or to contact ...@... to clarify). The common denominator of these emails was the t-online.de domain, so we contacted the email provider to better understand the issue. Please find below their response: "(...)Please note that hosts which are de facto anonymous to third parties are not qualified for delisting at our system. See the information in our "Postmaster FAQ" at https://postmaster.t-online.de/index.en.html, especially chapter 4.1: A mail server's IP address must have an FQDN (PTR-Record, rDNS) in a domain that belongs to the operator of this mail server. How reconcile is different from enrichment?

Hello Everyone, I am working on pulling some useful data from acs campaign api. Our team is really interested in get the delivery data such as the sent number, open number and bounce rate per each email. I can see the metrics with each email in the marketing activity section in acs campaign. Is it possible for us to pull the data from api ? Thanks,Rebecca

Hi all, We are able to target users who has performed a clicked in the delivery under "Audience Target > Delivery > Clicked".Is there a way to target contacts who have clicked on a specific link in the delivery? RegardsSS    

What are Resource and Target options in " Properties " of Query ? what they do ? 

I have run into an issue lately where 60% of our customs were not receiving emails from a workflow. This was due to a filter in the query and is fixed now. But we wanted to see if we can setup an alert if the audience drops below a certain amount so we can look at see if there is something wrong with the query or if data in our daily imports is messed up.

Hi, I am new to the adobe community, I just created my account a day before yesterday and trying to create events for transactional emails and standard campaigns. I am following the link to configure the events. But I am unable to see the section 'Marketing plans'. Is that something limited to a free subscription? or I am doing something wrong? I am confused if I am following the right path or not.
