In the workflow, I can see there are - valid records = 100 & invalid records = 50 as per information on transition line after workflow run. Is there any way to extract the name from an email address e.g. firstname.lastname@domain.com so that we can pull out the firstname and lastname and enter them into the name fields? I can't see anyway to do this in a query or function. There is a GetEmailDomain but not one for the name. Wondering if it's possible to use another function such as LPad?

Hi,   We have a custom field, "fullName", that we have created extending profile resource. We want to to get profile, filtering by that field through API. According to Adobe documentation, we have created the following endpoint.   https://mc.adobe.io/{tenant}/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byText?cusFullName=xxx&filterType=FullName   Being xxx, the variable that we insert to look for.   We just have one profile that meet the filter requeriment so we expect to get it but we get several profiles, none of them meet the filter requerimient.   Can anyone help us?   Thanks

Hi there, I'm setting up some Transactional messages whereby the email trigger must be real time, but I cannot guarantee the profile will exist in the ACS profiles table.Therefore I am setting up as an event transactional message rather than a profile transactional message. At a later date, I'd like to be able to access details of each record of the event for follow up processing. This could be:* Exporting back to data warehouse* Updating a custom resource in ACS* Cross referencing with profile data For any of these activities, I need to be able to query the event and access the custom fields (and their values) that were created for the event. However, when i use a workflow query and change the resource to one of the events that has been set up... only the standard attributes (e.g. status) are visible, not the custom ones created for the event. Can anyone share any insight on this? How can I replicate the production instance of Campaign Standard into the Staging environment. With packages, it seems that this isn't done if we use the Platform and Administration as some changes aren't sent over. Is that correct or will the export/import of these two packages bring the staging environment completely inline with production?

All of them works fine with postman except that one   GET https://mc.adobe.io/<ORGANIZATION>/campaign/workflow/execution/<workflowID> https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/working-with-apis/managing-workflows/triggering-a-signal-activity.html?lang=en#   When I try to call that API, I received an error message and I don't find any description or explanation error message : RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.BAS-010096 Error return code : 16384   Do you have any idea how to solve that ?   Have a nice day

Hi everybody!We are having issues implementing push notifications for our app. The app is not native and a plugin in Cordova was created so we can use the feature. The devs created a dummy app and there we managed to make the push work, however now we are trying to use the plugin on our main app and running tests on staging.We did the exactly same thing as before but only Android notifications are working, not IOS.  The Dev team also ensured the ´enable the push notifications capability´ was on. Any idea what could be wrong? I tried to test the push using https://pushtry.com/ but the team doesn't know how to get the device token. thanks in advance

Hi,I have a request where I need to apply a different format when a condition is false.This condition must affect to a line of a collection of articles (an article of a product list)I have created a boolean element within a collection, however the boolean I have create is not available when I try to applicate a new condition to a field of the transacctional message.Is there are way to use this kind of element (of a collection) as a event to be used as a condition?

I am trying to find a way to split data from an import between reconciled and unreconciled and cannot find a way to do this. I've tried using a Segment and a Split. There don't seem to be any fields when you only consider the incoming data that allow you to do this. For now I've found a work-around by only importing once an hour and using the Segment to check the Created date to see if it was in the last hour or not, but it seems like there should be a simpler way?

Happy 2023 Experience League!   I'd like to capture the submission date when a recipient completes a landing page form fill.    I figured I could do this through two approaches:  1. Using the LP Properties to update the profile with additional data. I'm just unsure of how to write the "Value" so that it captures =Today(). 2. I'm starting to notice that when I only want to send an email to a list of subscribers, I have a few people that receive emails when they are not subscribed to the service. Most the people that are getting these emails don't have any service tied to their profile. (Most of these profiles are new and don't have subscriptions yet.)    This is how I target subscribers.     

I have campaigns that go out daily, and I would like a seed list sent out once a week. I have this list set as a trap in Test Profiles.    I can set it up differently by creating a separate workflow to send them to the seed list directly. But I wanted to see if I can have something set up to turn it on before a send-in at a specific time. 

I'd like to create a content block that my users can use to change their base urls according to the profile's state but I can't quite get there. If context.profile.location.stateCode = AL then www.domain.com/al else if context.profile.location.stateCode = TX then www.domain.com/tx else www.domain.com/   I've as far as a good preview but it doesn't work when it gets to the point of assigning the tracking links. If this has already been answered for ACS, I'd love a link to the solution.    Thanks! -Dave
