Hi,I have a request where I need to apply a different format when a condition is false.This condition must affect to a line of a collection of articles (an article of a product list)I have created a boolean element within a collection, however the boolean I have create is not available when I try to applicate a new condition to a field of the transacctional message.Is there are way to use this kind of element (of a collection) as a event to be used as a condition?

I am trying to find a way to split data from an import between reconciled and unreconciled and cannot find a way to do this. I've tried using a Segment and a Split. There don't seem to be any fields when you only consider the incoming data that allow you to do this. For now I've found a work-around by only importing once an hour and using the Segment to check the Created date to see if it was in the last hour or not, but it seems like there should be a simpler way?

Happy 2023 Experience League!   I'd like to capture the submission date when a recipient completes a landing page form fill.    I figured I could do this through two approaches:  1. Using the LP Properties to update the profile with additional data. I'm just unsure of how to write the "Value" so that it captures =Today(). 2. Using Custom JS on the button click to capture the date and send it to the Profile Ext API   Thoughts on best approach?    Best,    CD   @bisswang

I'm starting to notice that when I only want to send an email to a list of subscribers, I have a few people that receive emails when they are not subscribed to the service. Most the people that are getting these emails don't have any service tied to their profile. (Most of these profiles are new and don't have subscriptions yet.)    This is how I target subscribers.     

I have campaigns that go out daily, and I would like a seed list sent out once a week. I have this list set as a trap in Test Profiles.    I can set it up differently by creating a separate workflow to send them to the seed list directly. But I wanted to see if I can have something set up to turn it on before a send-in at a specific time. 

I'd like to create a content block that my users can use to change their base urls according to the profile's state but I can't quite get there. If context.profile.location.stateCode = AL then www.domain.com/al else if context.profile.location.stateCode = TX then www.domain.com/tx else www.domain.com/   I've as far as a good preview but it doesn't work when it gets to the point of assigning the tracking links. If this has already been answered for ACS, I'd love a link to the solution.    Thanks! -Dave

Hi all,   I am currently sending a proof to myself and my text color in Outlook is blue, but when I view it in browser the text is white, which is the color I want. In my code I never put anything to make the text show up blue. We are having an issue with a landing page, that when using a landing page link in an email it doesn't pass through the PKEY at all, and so the landing page doesn't load. If the profile being sent to is linked to a Campaign User then it works. Support haven't been able to find a solution yet. The most recent recommendation was to use a content block instead with something like:   pkey=<%= escapeUrl(context.targetData.cusClient.PKey)%>   I've tried multiple variations of this such as:   pkey=<%= escapeUrl(context.profile.PKey) %> pkey=<%= context.PKey %>   So far none of them have worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi I am use the Adobe Campaign some times, but I got the next Error frequently now, and I can't continue my work.Would you give me some advice and tell me why?I have to develop servers, and when login , I got the follow error.*  In my memory I just add some Campaign an workflow by "Client Console" with a Administror user. We have tried creating a additional field in a query acivity, counting the delivery logs, with the following function "Count(logs)", but we get the following error "PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: INSERT has more target columns than expressions"   Do you know how can we do it?   Thanks

Hello, i have to modify the delivery summary report by adding a column regarding the click-to-open rate for each email. Is it an existing metric on Adobe Campaign ?

We need to provide limit access to ACS reporting only. Is it possible with Campaign standard? If yes, how? Thanks for your help
