Push Notification for IOS not working

Hi everybody!

We are having issues implementing push notifications for our app. The app is not native and a plugin in Cordova was created so we can use the feature. The devs created a dummy app and there we managed to make the push work, however now we are trying to use the plugin on our main app and running tests on staging.
We did the exactly same thing as before but only Android notifications are working, not IOS.  The Dev team also ensured the ´enable the push notifications capability´ was on. Any idea what could be wrong? I tried to test the push using https://pushtry.com/ but the team doesn't know how to get the device token.
