Hi,   Is there any option to apply the threshold of a fatigue rule from Sunday to Saturday? The official document describes the sliding period option, but not the calendar one.   Any thoughts?   Thanks.

Could i call one Content block from another content block. Is it possible?

Hi all,I am wondering if it is possible to refer to a content block inside a content block. Maybe as a merge field. I am using the content block as placeholder for different language variants on a landing page, but within the different languages we also have different contact emails and phone numbers. They are already in another content block, and is based on sales companies, so what I want is to refer to them in the content block with the text for the landing page. Hello,   I have a custom resource in ACS that has an email field. Those records are not in the profile schema and we would not like to have them there. We would like to set up a new target mapping to be able to email the records in the custom resource. Is this possible with target mappings just like in ACC? So far I'm not having any luck. Hi   I'm facing some issues when executing an External API activity in a ACS workflow. After execution there is always following error message in the log file, however the API request will be transferred correctly: Activity failed (reason: 'HTTP - 202').   Any ideas how this error can happen?   Regards Roger

On landing pages the personalization is not working on out-of-box fields like first name or email. We are just trying to display these on landing pages and got below error: TypeError: context.profile is undefined render_HtmlPage_PAGE56([object Object],   On one of similar thread, it shows impact of Default branding causing such issue but thats for Real time event. hello,   I'm working on an email that requires the click through of 1 cta to be different depending on the customer (2 options) I thought an easy way to do this might be to enrich the workflow with the URL using an IF, If customer is in this pool = www.URL1.com else www.URL2.com. Then populate that URL into the delivery by using this as a personalised field. I first populated into the CTA URL https:// then added the enriched URL as a personalised field. It doesnt work with this error - DLV-490261 Personalizing host in a tracked link requires tracking URL signing   Could someone suggest a way to make this work? it is something to do with the tracking but i cant figure it out. I can only add the https:// into the URL field because the www part is different on each of the variants.   thanks

I have a use-case where an email address may be required in two org units. The org units are setup so that Adobe users will only be able to send emails to people in their org units. Is there a way to get the email address in two org units if I am not using a list. I don't want to use lists as these emails are for internal use and we don't want the unsubscribe functionality, but I think it may be the only way to get an email address into the system twice. Are there any other solutions?

In ACS how can we show personalized products based on products owned by customers?  E.g.: We have 3 different products and each product has recommended products. How can we show customers via email campaign the relevant recommended products based on the products they own?

I have a certain audience that I use in basically all my workflows. At a certain moment I found out I needed to edit the definition of the audience in order to get rid of certain test addresses in my output. It turns out that it does not work immediately, the test addresses were still in my output. The only way to make the changes effective was to delete the audience from all the workflows and then add the same audience back into the workflows. Is there another way to do this more easily?

I'm looking to send an email where all recipients can see the addresses of other recipients in the TO field.   Can anyone confirm whether or not that's possible or if there might be a work-around?   Thanks.

Was happily editing our campaign and now getting this error  "RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• Detail• RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• RST-360001 You do not have the rights needed to modify the 'delivery' resource of ID 'DM12661'. I hadn;t done anything apart from try to open the campaign - my adminstrator told me it was "a problem at my end" Any ideas? Using Google Chrom. Admin has deleted and reestablised my ID,  

I know you can identify if any part of the profile changed based on the last modified date, but is there a way to identify if certain elements of a profile changed day to day? 

Hi Experts,   When adding HTML to a 1:1 block via the content components HTML, the following error is being presented ‘There was an error while generating the thumbnail’ – we are unsure why this error is being generated. We have included a screenshot below and the HTML we are including. Hi Experts,   I am migrating AEM campaign templates from 6.4 to AEMAACS servers. I have added the external account on the Campaign side to point to AEMAACS authoring server and have about 7000 templates on the Campaign side. I want to migrate templates dynamically without having to migrate them individually.   Question/Ask:Is there a way to do a batch update of the templates? Or suggest a better solution to reduce the manual effort of updating one template at a time.   Thanks in anticipation for your help!

Hello, Does anyone know if, when using Transactional Messages in Adobe Campaign Standard, there is any way to add a variable that comes in the Payload to the Delivery Log ID?Use case: for a Client ID, communication is done for N quotation IDs (1 communication per quotation). We need to add the quotation ID (which is not in Adobe's data model because it is variable and is a 1:N relationship) to the Delivery Log ID to be able to make an ACKnowledge to the source system, per quotation ID. Hi, we have been testing push notifications for a while now in staging and we finally made it work for Android and iOS. Now we want to put it into production. We already created a prod instance, but we are not sure the "move" was done correctly.We updated the prod pkey in the data collection Campaign extension already and published it, and managed to add the android keys and ios certificates without an issue.But are not sure if there is something missing on the Campaign side. We ran a "test" using the prod campaign instance, with an app that was generated in prod (the devs did something to make sure it is not going to our users).. However, it only detected 8 targets (even as a test we have more than that), and nobody got the push.this is the log:42Push Failure (400) : DeviceTokenNotForTopic jobId=xxxxxxxxxx pushId=* platform=APNSHow can we check if everything is correct in the prod instance? any idea of what can be wrong?
