Hello folks, can you elaborate on the difference between the "Do not enable" vs "Enable but do not execute" actions on an activity in a workflow?I am not sure I understand which one I can use in which case, which results I should expect and in which state is my workflow going to get. Here is an example workflow I created, which after execution goes into the Paused state:On the second Split activity I am selecting to "Enable but do not execute" and restart the workflow. I see it doesn'r execute further and it goes into the Paused state. Then I change to "Do not enable" for the Split 2 activity and restart the workflow. I see the same. How are those two options different? Can you give me an example/screenshot from the practice? In which case the workflow would skip the activity and execute till finished state? Thanks!Pavlina

HiI am trying to export some delivery logsUnfortunately one of the related fields I need has some line breaks in itConsequently, when it gets exported, these line breaks mess up csv/tsvs, whichever newline option I choose when extracting the data.Is there an easy way to replace these characters?CheersStephen

Hi,I need to query the Unique Clicks and Unique Opens in the Adobe campaign based on table.Could you please suggest meRegards,Ganesh

The Adobe Campaign APIs are not designed or intended to be used for bulk inserts into the recipient or any other large volume table in the platform's database.  Instead, the developer  or marketing user should be loading flat files which have been FTP’d to Adobe Campaign server to load any data in bulk. Other options include querying local datamart tables (using mapped tables or FDA) when Adobe Campaign is installed on-premise or use the CRM connector to pull data into the system from other sources in bulk in a technical workflow.  API calls should be used for queries, updates, or one-time inserts into the Adobe Campaign database.  The API should never be used for bulk inserts. If these best practices are not followed, the Adobe Campaign application could experience performance or stability issues and/or loss of service due to improper design of data flows into the system.

Hi,How to get the last login details of operator in Adobe campaign? Thanks & regardsPranav Jog.

Adobe Campaign V6 can be installed in English, French, German or Japanese.Adobe Campaign Standard can be installed in English, French or German. Note that after an instance has been created, you cannot change the language of the instance. The language is set in the instance configuration file's lang attribute when creating the instance. Florent.

You can query most Adobe Campaign schemas using Tools > Generic Query Editor. This is useful for querying the schemas and the database without needing database access, particularly for schemas/objects which don't have a proper Folder or Form configured to access them.See documentation. Florent.

There are a few ways to purge work tables (which hold temporary data for workflows or deliveries, but are commonly but erroneously called "temporary tables").Restart the workflow, whilst making sure the "Keep interim populations" checkbox in workflow properties is uncheckedStop the workflow. Then from the workflow list, select the workflow, right click it and select "Actions" > "Purge History". Be careful, as this will also delete the workflow journal/log too. Also see documentation about database cleanup. Florent.

Recently a student asked:There’s a “continuous delivery” for e-mails but what about for SMS-messages? I cannot find a continuous SMS activity in the campaign workflow.

Is there any way to transfer the data from Adobe campaign to external account except FTP and FDA?  If so, is there any activity in workflow, where we can drag and drop and use it for data transfer like we do for FTP? Please let me know if you have solutions for this. And also curious to know, what is the use of Other Type of delivery channel in Adobe Campaign. Attached the screen shot and highlighted the component for your reference. Thanks in Advance
