Does anyone in the community have experience in both Marketo and Adobe Campaign?I am brand new to Adobe (today is my first day using it), but have a heavy background in Marketo. I am wondering how other people have found the transition from Marketo to Adobe-- does a background in Marketo lend itself to success within Adobe? How steep is the learning curve when making that transition? Any tips or documentation that might be useful for someone coming over from another platform?I am used to knowing how to navigate the system, and since this is all new to me, I would appreciate any insights, suggestions and pro tips.Thanks in advance!Steve

Hi all,In my bid, there are 5 offline channels that Adobe Campaign delivers campaigns: Email, SMS, Push, Social and Call Center.Kindly suggest how we can measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.What facilities Adobe Campaign offers for this functionality and what should the implementer perform for this, like a RACI matrix.If an SMS is sent, is there a way of knowing that the recipient has read it?Even then, opening is only the first step.The recipient has to utilize that campaign for the campaign to be considered success.Appreciate all your replies.Thanks,Rama.

How can I use the read list activity in a workflow to send a delivery?Thanks!

Hi I am not able to import boolean data into Adobe data model. I am using a targeting workflow with two steps:-Data Loading: import of the file with different columns-Data Update: insert and update the data into the data modelThe problem is that I can not choose "boolean" as data type in the first step.I tried to select "integer" as data type in step 1 for that field and then to create a function "to boolean" in the second step for that field.It is not working either.Has someone a suggestion regarding this?Thank you,Giovanna

Hi All,I'm pretty new in Adobe Campaign.I was wandering if it is possible to easily retrieve information and insert them in a filename (i.e with Data Extraction, Direct mail activities etc.. ) Our purpose is to set a filename of a delivery (Direct Mail) as following:<Extraction date>_<DeliveryID>_<CampaignCode>_<CampaignLabel>.csvI see that for "Extraction date" and "Delivery ID" this could be easy, but for the other ones is there a way to retrieve the information directly in the filename without insert a javascript activity or customizations?Our aim is to create a Template Delivery that is already configured for the described filename.Thank you very much for your support.Andrea

Through the forum, I've been able to formulate working ExecuteQuery examples in SOAP U/I.  However, when trying to get the same to work in c#, it isn't clear to me how to get the response data.Here's a snippet of my code:XmlElement response = null;            try            {                XmlElement xml = buildQuery();                response = client.ExecuteQuery(secureToken, xml);                client.Close();            } catch (FaultException f) {The ExecuteQuery runs without exception, but when I look at the returned XmlElement, it only contains the empty structure of a response without any data in it.For example, <service-collection xmlns=\"urn:xtk:queryDef\"><service /><service /><service />....Where's the data?  Could someone share a working code snippet of getting the returned data -  in any language.Thanks

Hi,I have an email campaign that is going out with different offers.I will be doing a number of follow up emails for each of the different offers on the original email. Am I able to see who clicked the offer and then create a list of recipients from those clicks to send a follow up email just for the people that clicked that link?If anyone knows how to do this, please could you outline how to do this. Thank you in advance.

I am looking for the best way to send a response to guests who have replied to an email.  I want to tell them they are replying to an unattended mail box.  Has anyone put a campaign in place and if so what is the best way to execute the campaign? Thanks

Hi ,I have a premise installation. I  have a campaign workflow  scheduled since last year. All of sudden since past week it is getting stuck at delivery activity without any errors.We do not have any approvals. Delivery is going into finished state and delivery file is getting created properly. However in same workflow downstream i have update query to update broadlogrcp table  to update two fields. It is sticking at Delivery activity only and when manually i am running from the delivery task again it is completing successfully without any error. But on schedule basis it is not running till the end. Audit logs does not have any error information.Please guide me how can i fix. ThanksNadeem

I want to create a new campaign through SOAP API calls.  I have developed a web application, through which you can login in your instance and view the list of the campaign, workflow, and delivery. Now I am trying to create a new campaign through web application.

We have a online shopping website and want to interface with Campaign. We want to send a welcome email to the user when user is created into campaign.Whever user registers through google plus on our site we have written a scheduler which pushes the user information into the campaign recepient table.Now we want to write a self triggered workflow which sends an email to the user .

I am having an issue with HTML not rendering in an email template, it works fine outside of Campaign. Does anyone know if Campaign supports scss css sheets or is it limited to standard css ?

Hi,    I was trying to configure Facebook in Adobe Campaign. I have followed the steps mentioned in the link below     https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/SMK_Configuration_Publishing_on_Facebook.html    As mentioned above in documentatiion. I have a question about passing variables across Web Application.- On PAGE1 I have declared a variable, brand_name.- On PAGE2, a basic HTML-element prints out the variable when using syntax <%= ctx.vars.brand_name %>, so context works fine.- But, when trying to use the same variable in a CHART-element (also on PAGE2 on page), the webapp preview debug mode says "XTK-170018 Parameter of query 'ctx/vars/brand_name' is not defined in current context." - The variable would be used in a filter with condition "something" [equals] $(ctx/vars/brand_value)Does anyone know how should I pass variable values into the chart-element?

It shows 'Unable to show data' compatible issue. I have this problem few a times. One scenario I faced is when I am trying to read data before delivery activity. Though if I continue and try to execute the next activity which is delivery , it got delivered successfully.Also, few a times, I am unable to see the result of query activity.I understand that it shows data only when the execution is at that step and to see data in every step, I should enable the option in the workflow properties to keep the result of interim populations between two executions.What are the reason behind this problem?

Hello,I have been trialing Adobe Elements 11 to edit some videos, I decided  to purchase the system. I paid £70 and it seems that I've purchased Adobe Photoshop 15, I've already got Photoshop 11.  I downloaded it and I can't access the video section. I thought I'd bought Adobe Elements 15. Hi,I was trying to implement Message Center Module in Campaign , following the guidelines from Adobe Captivate Prime course "Using Message Center in Adobe Campaign v6" . I have successfully completed this. I tested the Soap request's response using Soap UI. I want to know how to establish this via Web application.(invoking web service (using my sandbox wsdl url)).Please provide suggestion/help to establish this thing. So any event happening at the Web Application end can trigger transactional Email  from campaign.

While saving date fields in the portal screens for creating some IDs, it is getting saved as one day lesser than the given input. This happens only in remote machines but not in local machine.Could someone please provide the root cause for this?Thanks in advance.

Hello,I'm trying to add some music to my videos in adobe premier elements 11. I go to add media, click go to files and folders, find the music in my USB, click on the track I wish to add, but I get an error message -'You're trying to add media from a removable media, please use video importer for importing videos and image importer for importing images'. But this does not cover music. I've tried to add the track from the CD but its not showing in the file. I've also tried adding from itunes but thats not coming up in the file either.Can anyone help please.Jill
