Pipeline Events option not visible in campaign

We are referring to this url 

https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/kb/triggers-and-campaign.html. With the help of adobe support , we have completed the triggers configuration in campaign. However we are not able to see the pipeline events in our campaign instance. Is there anything else that needs to be done  to enable that option?

Please suggest a solution.

Hi Senthil,

Did you tried recreating the pipeline events folder in adobe campaign explorer?

Can you restart your pipeline process using following command

nlserver restart pipelined@instance

and if this gives you an error while restating raise a adobe day care ticket and they will be able to fix this alternatively you can share the log info  from  pipelined log here.

Hi Amit, Yes it is solved. Pipeline events are now visible in campaign environment.
